Convenient and super comfy beds.
Pros:

We love the location of the accommodation, rooms are large and tidy.

Cons:

Check in took longer than usual for no apparent reason.
We did try to call the front desk before check in and it took 7 calls over a 1.5 hour span before someone answered.

Overpriced for poor service
Pros:

The location was very convenient, close to the train station. There is actually a tunnel from the train station that brings you all the way to the dead-end street in which the hotel is located. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was small but OK with hot and cold choices for many likings. Wifi was excellent. Upon departure, however, we were given an extra hour to vacate the room.

Cons:

Upon arrival our room was ready, but because we arrived early the front desk wanted us to pay 60 AUD extra for entering the room early. So much for first impressions. Upon entering the room we immediately spotted long hair from previous guests in the room, so there is no in-depth cleaning between guests or the cleaning staff is not checked upon, which is a management problem. However, their efforts to clean seemed genuine. The only drawback was that they almost systematically came for room service when we were in the room, at times late in the afternoon when we were back from being away for hours. We wonder whether it was a strategy to be told "no it's OK for today". The coffee in the breakfast buffet was terrible.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Spacious clean rooms. Added bonus if a 2pm checkout. We ended rebooking another night. Location was great. We walked everywhere and close to hay st markets

Cons:

Bed a little too soft for my liking and no smart tv or streaming like chromecast.

Great location. Good breakfast choice. Helpful staff
Pros:

Great location. Close to central station and tram stop. On the edge of Chinatown. Staff helpful we arrived early morning so we went to leave our bags

Cons:

We had couple of issues in the room air con wasn't working properly and the battery in the key fob stopped working so we couldn't get in the room. Staff were quick at sorting these issues. Cleaner didn't empty the bins or do a great effort at cleaning one day but we were only there for 2 nights

Fantastic location, helpful and friendly staff, parking was great (right next door) and room was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location and really friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Bedding was a little too soft and facilities a little dated. Bathroom was small but everything still worked fine!
