Location, breakfast and staff are amazing especially Matthew at reception. This is the second time I have stayed here and won’t be my last.

Location was great. Near trams station, train station and walking distance to Darling Harbour and shops.

Cons:

The room service, although only used a couple of times, didn't vacuum after accidently spilling coffee and crisps.

Nice location with helpful staff but needs to improve on cleanliness
Pros:

The location was fantastic and really central to everything we wanted to do. The staff were excellent and extremely friendly and polite.

Cons:

At least for the level we stayed on, the carpet in both the common areas and our room stank and we could not access any fresh air.

Located so close to so much .parking costs extra. But is well worth it and right next to hotel. Rooms are good.
