Was good but could have had better services.
Pros:

The location was beautiful. The food was excellent. The toilets were clean.

Cons:

The fridge in our room repeatedly froze our food. The lifts broke down and we were stuck on the top flooor for a bit. And room service forgot about our order - we had to make a second call and wait over an hour for food to arrive. Fortunately Diego (the duty manager?) was very understanding - he undertook to reimburse the cost of our spoiled food twice.

Always exceptional
Pros:

The motel is a pleasure to visit. Our four nights were very enjoyable and staff are so helpful.

we have been there a few times, we like the staff the location, the meals and the room

Cons:

Facilities, pool was closed, gym is very small and the elevators are always broken. Thrid time we go and always at least one is out of order and they make scary noises

Nice stay in walking distance to Darling harbour
Pros:

The size of the room was above standards and it made our stay really comfortable. We got the room in the top floor with not exclusive, though still nice city views. The breakfast was good and the hotel is close to Darling harbour with lots of restaurants and shopping posibilites right infront the door

Cons:

Lifts and common areas look dated and would deserve a renovation. Parking in the garage is paid extra and not really cheap

Great location and great staff!
Pros:

Location, Customer Service, Affordability and the beds were awesome. Awesome breakfast buffet as well.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Pool area was great.

The facilities IE the continuous issues with the lifts. House keeping been done at 5pm at night was also average.
