Pros:

Great stay! Breakfast was wonderful, especially thanks to Khusboo, who is an absolute asset to the property. Her standard of service brought back fond memories of my early hospitality career days in Dubai. The hotel is older but very well-maintained.

Cons:

The only area needing attention is the room inventory; the mattress and pillows felt quite worn out and could definitely use replacing to improve overall comfort.

Enjoyed 5 nights here, amazing breakfast, great staff. Would definitely stay again if in Sydney

Central location, just a few minutes walk from railway station, buses and Trams. Walking distance to Darling Harbour.
Amazing buffet breakfast. Comfortable room. Very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was noisey as next to service lift and air con plant. However, staff were happy to change our room when we talked to them.
Shower over the bath.
No opening windows.

An excellent option in the Haymarket area.
Pros:

Have stayed here a number of times. It’s a very clean and safe hotel. The staff are always great. Excellent access to some great food venues.

Great location, close to transport, capital theatre, paddy’s markets. Beds were amazing.

Cons:

That the pool is closed for maintenance. These should be scheduled for winter time when not used
