Will not return.
Cons:

Found 2 live German cockroaches in my room. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff, he did not appear surprised or concerned, he simply stated they might need to get more pest control.

Wasn’t handicap accessible. Anyone that needs the accessibility with a Walker or wheelchair, I would not recommend.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

The setting area for breakfasts did not accommodate children. The tables were too high for the child seat they had. The food was not there. When they finally made some The bacon tasted bad. The heating and air conditioner did not work. Paint was peeling off the bathtub. Owners are cheaping the place out.

Rating 5. Hotel needs lots of work. Overpriced for shape hotel is in.
Pros:

Location was convenient to expo center. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Hotel especially rooms need lots of updating and repairs.
Curtains in my king room were falling off or ripped and didn’t close properly in my room. Bathroom tub dirty especially drain so opted not to use any of it. Walks in bathroom paint peeling and falling off. Toilet way too low almost sat on floor.
This was supposed to have desk et al. It had table, chair was from restaurant bad…sockets everywhere didn’t work. Found one in room that did on/off. None in or usable in bathroom.
Had breakfast in hotel restaurant, pans of horrible eggs and bacon I got sick and you could only sit at a high top long table like family style table as you were told by restaurant you were not permitted to sit at other low top tables or booths there. Not good for handicapped.
Until updated won’t stay there again.

The staff was accommodating and kind.

Cons:

It was dirty- the carpet, the walls, the parking lot- everything looked like it was 60 years old and nearly abandoned.
I felt unsafe.

Pros:

The only thing I liked about this place was the location. It was near stores and restaurants.

Cons:

Checking in took long. I was told my room had a broken table and had to wait. Than told me they would change my room than said they were sold out. VERY outdated. Hallways and room stunk. Bathroom tile looks like original tile work. Paint peeling. Tiny tv. All in all I would never consider this place again.

Corner room of nice size, except for extremely tight bathroom

Cons:

Hotel is run down and shabby. “Breakfast” was terribly. Front desk staff very nice.
