Cons:

The jacuzzi could of been much cleaner I say this because it was very dirty and there were brown bubbles everywhere.

Dog tiredly, people friendly, nice place, grand location!
Pros:

This is our 5th stay with the GCPH, so we obviously like it. It’s not fancy, definitely not the Ritz, but it is a fine non-box place to stay that harkens back to the ‘good old days’ of travel.

The location is about 10 minutes south of the Grand Canyon. The price point, compared to other hotels, is unbeatable. The suite provided all the room we needed for our fam of 5. Also, we purchased our G.C. entrance tag at the hotel lobby! Excellent.

Cons:

The suite building is a motel (the door is outside).

And (not the hotel's fault) the food prices in this little town are astronomical!!! $10 for a McDonald's sausage biscuit!

Amazing!
Pros:

We booked the hotel very last minute, at 10:30pm the night of, because we had a major problem at the other hotel we had originally booked. They were great to get us settled quickly. The pool was really great for the kids. It is very close to the park.

Cons:

The A/C unit was super loud and rattling every time the compressor turned on.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is very cute; the room was clean. They refunded us one night stay due to power outage in the area; although we understood that the outage is out of their control, my husband and I felt that there should have been a warning online since it was a "scheduled" outage. In the future booking platforms and the hotel itself should communicate such circumstances before you book a room.

Cons:

I stated it that above. I could mentioned one other thing. The hotel should at least offer continental breakfast; coffee would be appreciated.
