Lobby is beautiful and location is Fantastic
I love that the room had a bathtub and a good sized bathroom. The atrium is beautiful and reminded me of embassy suites

Cons:

The smell of chlorine throughout the inside of the hotel lobby (the indoor pool
is why) and I totally understand, but I just don’t do chemical smells.

An unusual but memorable stay during exceptional circumstances.
Pros:

We arrived at the hotel during strong winds and an APS Public Safety Power Shutoff. There was no electricity or hot water in our room. However, the lobby remained operational, and the lady at reception gave us a lot of useful information for our visit to the Grand Canyon. The hotel compensated us for the power outage, which was very much appreciated. The room was clean.

This hotel is very beautiful, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The place is extremely beautiful, very clean and very well maintained. The Gentleman who checked us out was very pleasant.

Cons:

When we checked in we had to get the staff’s attention to come out and wait on us. She was just sitting in the office. When she came out she acted like we were a burden.
