Pros:

Location. Has a restaurant and bar inside and convenient location for other amenities. I had the room right next to the swimming pool which was in full use, but very quiet.

Cons:

Hotel looks like it was built in the 70's and looks like it has never had any updates or maintenance since then. The elevators do whatever the hell they want, when they want. It was raining hard this weekend and I used the stairwell, which was more like a waterfall,the rain was literally flowing down the stairs. It was also just flowing in the room window and the carpet was soaked!!
Obviously it comes down to personal preferences, but the bed was wayyy too soft for me and I woke up with a sore back.

Good place to stay at an affordable price, but would NEVER eat or drink at the BAR1 Restaurant.
Pros:

Clean, beds comfortable. pleasent staff. Even though we were just outside the Elevator, it was fairly quiet.

Cons:

BAR 1 was TERRIBLE!! There were 6 of us and ALL MEALS were REALLY BAD, VERY POOR VALUE for the PRICE and the SERVICE was ridiculously poor too! Elevators very slow. Pillows too big!!

Bad, not safe and not good and for top dollar charged!

The staff in the hotel were very nice and accommodating

Cons:

Homeless right outside and a security guard on site! Old decor , no fan in bathroom, beds not that comfy and no breakfast included. In the morning I used the stairwell where someone had poured a sticky substance all down one flight of stairs and then actually had human shit in the stairwell absolutely disgraceful!

Clean comfortable and Great Value.
Pros:

The room was very clean and well supplied. The Staff were excellent and well informed. There was lots of parking. The Hotel is very Centrally located.

Great hotel, lousy neighbours in adjoining room.
Pros:

Received an upgrade that was not requested.

Cons:

Room upgraded to a king, however it was an adjoining room that had guested who partied the entire night. The front desk was called twice, however, this did not stop the partying. I stay in this hotel two to three times a year since 2023, this is the first time that another room has caused a sleepless night. I wear hearing aides and the removal of them didn’t help!
