We stayed at this hotel during a holiday to Lethbridge with five families, and unfortunately, our overall experience was quite disappointing.

The biggest issue was the cleanliness and housekeeping. The rooms were not cleaned daily. Housekeeping was only provided every three days, and even then, it mainly involved changing the bed linens and removing garbage. We had to request fresh towels every day, and instead of having them delivered to our rooms, we were often required to go down to the reception desk ourselves to collect them.

We also experienced several maintenance issues. The bathroom door would automatically lock, requiring us to call the hotel and wait for someone to come and fix it. The carpets throughout the hotel were visibly dirty and needed better cleaning.

We had specifically requested that all five rooms be located on the same floor since we were travelling as a group. Unfortunately, our rooms were spread across different floors, which made things inconvenient for our families.

Only one elevator was working during our stay, resulting in long wait times, especially when travelling as a large group. On several occasions, our room access cards stopped working, and we had to return to reception to have them reactivated.

The surrounding area also did not feel particularly safe or family friendly, which added to our concerns while travelling with children.

Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel, especially for families or larger groups.

It was central for what we wanted

Cons:

It was dirty in places I found a large glass lager bottle hid behind the curtain in room and a bottle top in bathroom
