Great location, very close to the falls and the main town, and very big room. The staff was very helpful. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub in the room.
Breakfast was quite poor. There are not many options except cereal and lots of sweet processed stuff.
Huge room, massive bed, shower amazing . Location fine, it was away from the tacky noisy tourist area so suited us.
We asked to be moved from top floor as air conditioning units on roof making constant noise we could hear, through roof. We were moved, so happy.

The breakfast was ok, the location was great. We were close enough to walk to almost everything. We only had to drive to visit wineries.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean, and the bed linen and towels were exceptionally fresh and spotless. We truly appreciated the great housekeeping. The only small thing we noticed was a slightly stale smell from the carpet, which may need a little attention. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay
It’s very close to the city centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were able to walk here via Rainbow Bridge, so from the Amtrak station you only need to take an Uber to take the border. The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable.
The breakfast is typical American style, which isn’t much from a European perspective. A characteristic of the city (near Niagara) is that everything is very humid. The air conditioning is quite noisy.
