Food options, breakfast is not good. Just eggs and bread, no variety. No baby food at all.
My son had a stomach bug, not sure if it's from hotel's food & milk.

We reached around 12 am in the night due to train delays and the hotel staff was a bit rude, no empathy being shown
The tariff was already high and they told housekeeping happens every 3 days, like seriously? When does that happen at any hotel
Housekeeping should be everyday without even thinking unless requested otherwise
What are you charging money for then?
Breakfast was included but it was not at all good, if we have to make everything on our own we can book an airbnb
L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour loger aux chutes du Niagara.
Il serait bien de prévoir un rafraichissement de la décoration des chambres ainsi que d'ajouter des tables dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Les frais de parking étaient en supplément.
Loved the location and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected after reading prior reviews and overall it was exactly what we were looking for, and within our budget!
The room was very small and seemed kind of dingy- not dirty per se but not in great shape.

The swimming pool could stay open for a while longer.
We had about a 7 and a half hour drive, and were planning to arrive around 10:30PM. The receptionist was very welcoming upon arrival, and took the time to explain details helpful to us as first time tourists to the Falls. The proximity of the hotel to fantastic restaurants, Clifton Hill attractions, and the Falls was ideal. It was a very walkable and easy route.
