It was great I would definitely go back!!
Pros:

Everything we’ve stayed there a couple of times and it’s been great each time!

Cons:

The cleaning in the room wasn’t very well. Someone else’s hair was all over the room.

A perfect stay that makes me want to come back ASAP!
Pros:

Highlights for me: The staff (from check in to security to the kitchen) they all get 5 stars; the location of hotel with streetcar right across the street gets 5 stars; and the yummy restaurant next door (Mr Ed's Oyster) also gets 5 stars. I'm so glad that I chose this spot for our first visit to NOLA

Cons:

Besides the daily rain (not their fault) probably more lighting in the room. The 2 Queen sized bed room gave off a romantic vibe but I traveled with a friend and we didn't need the dim lights. One bright lamp in the corner by door would've been perfect. Besides that, it was a beautiful room.

This was an easy place to stay that’s a little short on charm.
Pros:

It was convenient, clean, a good value, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It’s a little generic all around, and the lobby needs a scrubbing, with better lighting, coffee, music, and clean, solid furniture. The front desk people seemed overwhelmed and a little disorganized.

Decent place for price and location
Pros:

Location was right outside the St Charles Street Car, which was easy to use and only $3 a day. The neighborhood was quiet, and there was a security guard 24 hours/day.

Cons:

Bathroom was not the cleaniest-dirty grout and the toliet was hard to flush.
