We had a great stay
Pros:

New, fresh, clean and the location was perfect. Quiet, residential but only 5 minutes walk from everything. Large room with lots of storage. Best of all was the gracious hospitality and helpfulness of the front desk manager Mona. She went out of her way to make our stay most enjoyable. And worked on our behalf to shorten our stay by one night. Booking.com was not as cooperative.

Cons:

Only one thing was the shower floor was slippery.

Het personeel in de bar was echt super! Hij was heel vriendelijk

We waren met 3 stellen, was leuk geweest als we op dezelfde verdieping hadden kunnen slapen.

A wonderful hotel in a great location, with convenient parking and exceptionally friendly staff.
Pros:

We loved the location, the convenient hotel parking, and the hotel as a whole. Most of all, we were impressed by the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff, who made our stay truly enjoyable.

Stilvolles Hotel in perfekter und ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Für meine Zwecke eine perfekte, sehr zentrale Lage. Das Hotel und insbesondere die Zimmer wirken sehr hochwertig und ausgesprochen stilvoll gestaltet. Gerade wenn man berücksichtigt, dass es sich um einen Altbau handelt und die räumlichen Gegebenheiten entsprechend vorgegeben sind, wurde hier wirklich sehr viel daraus gemacht. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wirken hochwertig und vermitteln sofort eine angenehme Atmosphäre – man fühlt sich einfach wohl.

Ebenfalls hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstück mit sehr gutem und aufmerksamem Service. Hier hat es mir wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist für mich die vorhandene Tiefgarage, die gerade bei einer so zentralen Lage sehr angenehm und wichtig ist. Insgesamt ein wirklich stimmiges und hochwertiges Hotelkonzept.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat durchaus seinen Preis, insbesondere wenn man nur für eine Nacht auf Geschäftsreise ist. Durch die sehr zentrale Lage, die hohe Qualität und das insgesamt stimmige Gesamtpaket relativiert sich der Preis für mich allerdings wieder.

Kurze Wege ins Zentrum und zur Altstadt. Leere TG im Haus sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Frühstückspreis von € 28 p. P. unangemessen hoch, Beim Backwerk oder Bäckereien in unmittelbarer Nähe frühstückt man auch sehr gut zu mind. halbem Preis.
In der Barkarte war der Averna mit € 5 ausgepreist, verlangt wurde vom Barkeeper € 6 -auch so gezahlt. Wahrscheinlich hat die Zitrone € 1 gekostet ... Solche Spielchen sollten nicht sein - für den eigenen Anspruch dieses Hotels.
