Mixes the feel of a relaxing, luxury resort with a bustling city centre hotel!
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic, very attentive staff that made the stay feel extra special. The location is second to none. Extra things done to make the stay even more special - fresh orange juice upon arrival, messages via booking.com to ask if we need any airport transportation arranging etc.

Magnifique hôtel, idéalement placé et un niveau de service incroyable!
Pros:

L'hôtel est vraiment extrêmement bien placé. A 10 minutes à pied du centre ville, du port, des boutiques. Pour profiter des restaurants et se balader c'est un vrai plus. La zone parait bruyante car en plein centre mais pas du tout, l'hôtel est très bien insonorisé, parfaitement isolé et offre une vraie bulle en plein centre ville. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Il y a longtemps que je n'avais pas eu un tel niveau de service. La nourriture est très bonne, en tant que fan de petit dej, j'ai adoré le leur. Les chambres et les parties communes sont très propres, design. C'est vraiment un hôtel où nous retournerons!

Cons:

Comme c'est un hôtel de centre ville, la piscine est un peu petite et il y a peu de transats et les chambres offrent peu de rangements type dressing sur des durée de séjour de plusieurs jours / semaines.

Lovely two week stay at Samaria that we will remember for a long time
Pros:

Location was great. Room was good but the best thing was the friendly staff. Dimitrios, George and Theodora were amazing and we very much enjoyed meeting them. All the ladies working in the restaurant and bar were also lovely. It was a joy seeing them every morning at breakfast and getting to know them, we are very appreciative of the lovely friending service they provided to us and ensured our stay was enjoyable.

Cons:

Nothing really. Initially we thought the room we had booked was a little small and maybe not fit our bags etc comfortably but it ended up being okay.

Very nice stay in a clean hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel with a swimming pool and a restaurant. The rooms are clean, well decorated and you get a lot of samples. The breakfast is exceptional. The staff is very nice and allay there to help. They offer a parking service for 15 EUR a day which is useful given the parking situation in Chania.

Four star hotel with a five star service 😊
Pros:

Amazing experience at the Samaria hotel, give star service, warm welcome with a refreshing drink, huge selection for breakfast and very tasty, room is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Pool area good for relaxation. Thank you for an unforgettable stay x. My friend is celiac and gluten free options at breakfast were good.

Cons:

A kettle in the room for tea would have been ideal.

Amazing hotel stay experience
Pros:

Excellent hotel in the center of all action in Chania. The customer service was exceptional, friendly, courteous and and felt like home. Would book again without hesitation!
