Pros:

The hotel is well located just a few minutes walk from Chania old town and the harbour, making it very convenient. Our room was very good, the bed was very comfortable and despite being in town our room was quiet. A special mention should also be made for the staff who are wonderful - friendly, cheerful and helpful every day.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr saube

Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfassend. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, denn man kommt direkt zur Fussgängerzone.

I don’t usually respond to request for feedback, but the Samara and staff were excellent.
Pros:

Very friendly and attentive staff. The room was very smart and good space with a comfortable bed
Everything just worked - no problems at all in the 4 nights we stayed.

Cons:

Just a little noisy from the main street, but to be expected due to its central and convenient location
