They need to put drano to the bathtub water not draining will.

Shower/tub faucets were difficult to turn on. I could not take a shower. I reported to the front desk. There was no immediate resolution. I was told I had to speak to the manager about proper resolution. But the front desk rep offered to give me a new room or extend checkout time while I was checking out. He then asked if he could show me that it works because the prior tenant had the same problem. Oh, so you are aware that the shower doesn't turn on as expected. Hmmm... He took me back to the room to show that the shower actually works. Although he had a hard time getting it to turn on too.

I expressed that it shouldn't be difficult for a person to turn on the water faucet to take a shower. It is an ongoing issue. The owners should get the nozzle replaced otherwise rental tenants won't be able to bathe or shower. "His final comment was it works." "My final comment was not without difficulty, frustration, and lack of service."

I requested either another room accommodation or refund since I did not receive all amenities with the room rental. Since I was already dressed for work. I did not have time to shower during checkout. An accommodation via partial refund or discount on another future room rental would have been a proper resolution. There was no real hospitality for the inconvenience.

There are people smoking marijuana everywhere and at all hours; in four days, they didn't clean the room or take out the trash. I wouldn't stay there again.

I did not get my deposit back and it wasn't our fault. My girlfriend daughter stop by to see us and started smoking in the room we kicked her out and called security and we got blamed for another person wrong when we yelled at her to leave

A lot of things like the TV not working , the room smelling like smoke, there was no towels , the bedding was dirty and when I let the front desk know the issues they said they would get someone there to bring towel get bedding but no one's showed up to assist me n my kids

Homeless people everywhere. The hotel did not have any towels. We were unable to take a shower.

I requested a non-smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes the smell was really strong. More attention to cleaning and needs updates. Also checking in early is a bit expensive compared to other hotels I've been too. The area is a bit scary but I had no problem with my vehicle.

Had one towels in the room,the TV did not work they fixed it. And the phone on the room didn't work
Never got any towels untill the last day I was there and had to ask for them.on the second night the heat stopped working couldn't get in the room.

I stayed in room 238. There was a party in room 138 with about six carloads of people. I called the front desk from my cell phone because the phone in the room didn't work. They said they sent security, but I never saw anyone.
Around 2:45 a.m., a fight broke out. Security never showed up, and by the time the police arrived around 3:30 a.m., some of the people had already left. There was screaming, yelling, and banging for hours. Things finally calmed down around 4:30 a.m. after the police left, but then some of the same people came back and started banging on doors again around 5:55 a.m.
I called the front desk again, and they seemed unconcerned, saying they would "try" to send security. Considering how disruptive and out of control the situation was, I assumed the people responsible would be removed from the property. They weren't.
I finally fell asleep around 6:30 a.m., only to be woken up again at 8:00 a.m. by loud work being done in room 239, right next to mine. The noise was coming from the wall where my headboard was located. Walked over to confirm maintenance was in fact hammering into the wall that my headboard was on.
When I got up to shower, there was no hot water. I had to take a freezing cold shower. At checkout, I spoke with a woman at the front desk who said she was the manager, but she showed no concern whatsoever. I got no sleep, was never offered another room, and received no compensation or attempt to make things right.
To make matters worse, my Audi was badly scratched by the people involved in the fight—another situation security failed to prevent or address.
I chose this hotel simply to get some rest before a long drive and save a little money. It ended up being one of the worst decisions I've made while traveling.
Worst hotel stay I've ever had. I unfortunately just took videos instead of pictures and I can’t upload those here.

I didn't receive my deposit. We were NOT at fualt. We had a family member stop by to visit us and started smoking in our room. We kicked her out of our room and called security. We were blamed and punished for her actions.
