I wouldn’t book here ever again.
Pros:

The room was decent, smoke free

Cons:

Location was terrible, homeless people were all over the front grass. Not a safe or clean location.
Staff was very rude during check in. We were informed that we required tickets for the free breakfast but was never told this at check in nor provided the tickets so we felt awkward and ended up not eating it.

Decent stay
Pros:

Employees were horrible, especially the night time guy.

Didnt like the employees especially the night time person, took over 2hrs to get ahold of the front desk at night time, when I called from the room I let it ring for 20min with no answer, I had to call the phone number from my cell phone and there system is automated so u speak to it and u ask it to talk to someone, dud that a few times with no answer, had to literally ask the system to speak with a manager and no more then 2 rings it took for the guy to pick up, and the guy was straight idiot he couldnt answer any of our questions had to wait till next day, and my toilet had gotten clogged so I went to ask the front desk for a plunger or for maintance and he literally just said no and dudnt even offer any sort of a solution, i had to wait till the next night to finally get maintenance to unclog my toilet, and my toilet was leaking from around the base so the bathroom had a nasty mildew smell to it. And the remote to the tv sucked hella bad. The most annoying thing was my room keys stopped working to open the door like 3 or 4 times in the 4 days I was there, that was ridiculous. I ended up staying 4 nights instead of 2 nights and they made me have to come up with another 100 deposit because they couldn't just use the 100 deposit I gave them when I first checked it, they said I wouldn't be able to stay if I didnt get another 100 deposit which I did not have I only had enough for the room luckily I was able to barrow the money but it was stupid they already had a 100 deposit from me which they had already sent back to my card but that was gonna take a few days to get back on there, stupid ass shit almost made me not be able to stay there for 2 more nights because they couldn't use the 1st 100 deposit that they had already, super frustrating...
