Excellent stay, good price.
Pros:

Welcoming, polite staff, room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely clean pool area.
Lots of varity for breakfast. We would definitely stay again.
Shuttle service was a great bonus.

Cons:

Having to leave. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

La piscina estaba fenomenal y el desayuno muy variado y abundante. Al hacer el check-in, el recepcionista Joaquín Vargas fue muy amable.

Bene, ma non benissimo.
Pros:

Camere silenzioni e pulizia.

Cons:

Sala colazione sottodimensionata per gestire l’afflusso di gente della struttura. La politica sulle cancellazioni. Non siamo stati bene la prima notte, e quindi siamo andati via, ma non ci è stato concesso il refund delle spese per i giorni in cui non abbiamo soggiornato (nonostante la politica di cancellazione).
La struttura non scrive su Booking che il parcheggio sia a pagamento, infatti, all’arrivo richiedono un pagamento di 25$/giorno per dei servizi che effettivamente fornisce (quali parcheggio e navetta per il centro e altro), ma non viene specificato se non al check in, e questo ti porta a non poter cambiare albergo una volta arrivato lì. Anche perché non abbiamo usufruito di questi servizi, se non del parcheggio dell’auto.

Anni 70 o 80?
Pros:

Il centro fitness. Il servizio navetta per il centro. La disponibilità di soft drinks gratuiti in area reception.

Cons:

Non riesco nemmeno a datare la stanza ma secondo me è stata arredata negli anni 70 o massimo inizio 80 e da allora non è stata più toccata, si vede dal condizionatore, è da pazzi che sia ancora lì a terra a tirare fuori aria gelida senza possibilità di regolazione e con un rumore continuo e insopportabile che richiede i tappi per le orecchie (forniti infatti sul comodino!). Nella stanza da 4 persone non c'è nemmeno lo spazio per aprire le valigie mentre in bagno c'è spazio inutilizzato.

Love everithyng in short words , the place around have everithyg you need to have fun , mall store , restaurant and you havea Bus that take you to downtown from the hotel back and for if need is sow awesome Uber as well . clean nice pool personal good experience with my family .

Don’t think we’ll be back.
Cons:

No working AC in room. Reported several times to front desk , talked to the manager several times and it was never fixed or replaced. Cleaning lady walked in our room unannounced while my husband was getting dressed. At end of stay I requested they alter the price we paid. Our room averaged between 75-78*. They offered us $28 off each night. It was hardly worth it in my opinion.

Yo pagué habitación cama y sofá Cama para niño de 16 años El sofá Cama de hace 30años con un colchón pequeño y VENCIDO y otro colchón Viejo vencido y encima medio sucio o sea PESIMO
Hubo que insistir más de 50 minutos para que lo cambien y al final nos tuvieron q dar otra habitacion

Discreto, tanti punti da migliorare
Pros:

Camere silenziosa, perché davanti alla piscina. Ma la struttura era troppo lontana dal centro e vicina ad una strada trafficata. Interessante il pulmino che porta in centro, gratuito. Ma con orario troppo limitati soprattutto la sera per rientrare. Il Personale buono ma poco empatico
