Pros:

Breakfast was good, room was nice and spacious.
The pool area was really nice and provided towels.
Laundry facilities.

Cons:

We tried to check in just after 4 and our room wasn’t ready I was told to sit and wait until called over but in the meantime about 20 ppl had come to check in so I had to wait until after everyone had been sorted as it was getting close to 5pm I stood up as I feel like I had been forgotten and he checked us in for the inconvience he said we could have 2 drinks from the reception drinks fridge daily which we found out every guest gets this anyway so it wasn’t anything special. I had heard that some other guests also couldn’t check in at 4 either as their rooms weren’t ready.

Average. Would not recommend and would not start here again
Pros:

Rooms had everything we needed and beds were comfy

Cons:

Staff at front desk were rude. We ended up having to check in twice. Staff at breakfast time were also rude.
Shuttle bus did not drop off in town centre, it was way over at the seaport with a 20 min walk to downtown in the searing heat.

Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno, los niños lo pasaron increible en las instalaciones del hotel "hermano" (incluido) y el bus de acercamiento al centro hace que la ubicación "un poco alejado" se transforme en algo positivo (sobre todo si vas con niños). También la posibilidad de usar sillas, quitasol y hasta un cooler para la playa fue una sorpresa.

Cons:

Sólo por recomendar algo... la piscina podría estar abierta hasta más tarde.
