Very nice.
Pros:

Room was big and clean. Lots of room. Loved the two fridges and double bathroom. Will be returning.

Cons:

Couldn’t find our reservation in the system and took about 2 hrs to check in. Other than that the staff and room was nice.

Pros:

I liked the location, not too crowded and close to the beach. There is a dinning room and a large kitchen. This villa is perfect for families of 5 to 8 people. Plus, it has a medium sized pool.

Cons:

It looks "clean" apparently. My child spilled a drink on the floor, when I cleaned it up, I realized the floor was disgustingly dirty. I cleaned the entire villa surfaces, floors, and even the refrigerator so my family could be more comfortable without me having to worry about a child touching a germ-ridden area. I know only one thing, the next family to stay in this same villa will have the peace of mind knowing it is germ free haha!

Improvements are needed! Overall, OK stay
Pros:

I like the amenities! Far, as swimming pool & location of ocean view.

Cons:

The room we booked off booking.com for the villa was two blocks away from actually location. Which means we had to drive to receive all the amenities they had at actually location. Upon arrival key card didn’t work again our hotel was 2 blocks away. Steve front desk was able to provide me with a new a room within the facility. Room, location was great, room itself could’ve need more improvement especially with bedding. Bathroom, didn’t even take a shower drove back home before stay.

Not satisfied with this place at all.
Pros:

The property was very close to most places. Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

It wasn’t cleaned. The showers were absolutely disgusting and tiny . They painted over what should have been dusted in the room and you can see it under the paint. The furniture looked like someone poured water all over the tables and it was all welted up. People screaming in the middle of the night that appeared to be living at the property as they had welcome mats outside their doors. Pictures do not show what the rooms look like. Beds are super tiny and very uncomfortable. The dust build up on the vents were absolutely disgusting.

Not worth the price
Cons:

Do not waste your money, this hotel looks nothing like the pictures.When I checked in and received my room, I had to request a new room because it was unclean and smelled like mold and mildew. The second room was a little better, but it still wasn’t cleaned properly. My family and I had to get cleaning supplies and clean the room. Also the arcade that was included is really small and dingy looking. The experience wasn’t as expected based on the pictures.
