Very clean room/ hotel , amazing staff !
Cons:

It was around 10 to 15 minute walk to the nearest train station which was Neuaubing but from there it was around 15 to 20 minutes train ride to Marienplatz and main locations if you have difficulties with long time walking maybe you can take that in mind but other than that the Hotel staff was really wonderful they were really helpful even when it was like 11:30 pm . And it was really clean and very tidy I would totally recommend.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gut! Sehr praktisch, dass es unterteilt ist und man dadurch getrennte Bereiche hatte.
Das Bad war sehr gut ( gehoben) ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und vor allem sehr kinderfreundlich!!!

Cons:

Die Bedienung der Dusche über das Touch-pad hat nicht sehr gut funktioniert.
Das Frühstück war eher standard, aber insgesamt dennoch gut.

Una joya escondida en München
Pros:

Personal extremadamente amable y acomodador. Habitación más amplia de lo que parece en fotos. Muy limpio y nuevo. Está en un vecindario callado y pacífico. A una cuadra de un supermercado y de la estación de bus.

Familiäre Atmosphäre
Pros:

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt: die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, sowohl am Empfang als auch beim Frühstück. Letzteres ist lecker und abwechslungsreich, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Wir hatten eine Junior- Suite, die sehr geräumig und sehr gut geschnitten ist. Es gibt eine kleine Kaffeemaschine und viel Platz für Kleidung. Die Fenster dämmen sehr gut, so dass man vom Straßenverkehr nichts mitbekommt. Das eigene Auto kann man in einer der Seitenstraßen parken, sollte man keinen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage nutzen wollen. Am Abend kann man im hauseigenen Restaurant essen. Das Hotel ist über die Anschlussstelle Freiham- Mitte sehr gut zu erreichen. Bushaltestellen befinden sich in der Nähe. Lediglich die S - Bahn erreicht man nach einem längeren Fußmarsch. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein sehr sauberes, modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Für uns war aufgrund des familiären Bezugs die Lage optimal. Das Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse und guter Ausstattung war sehr ansprechend. Das nicht abdunkelbare Fenster vom Zimmer ins Badezimmer dagegen eher Geschmackssache.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wenig ansprechend: kaum Vollkornprodukte, wenige Varianten und bereits um 7.30 Uhr nicht aufgefüllt. Da ist der Preis von 15 EUR p. P. nicht gerechtfertigt. Lieber ein Frühstück außer Haus einplanen. Die Extrakosten 12 EUR für den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage waren für uns vorher nicht wirklich ersichtlich, aber vielleicht hatten wir es auch einfach überlesen.

Der Aufenthalt war größtenteils wie erwartet - bis auf die Probleme mit der Beleuchtung.
Pros:

Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber gut geplant. Die Dusche ist sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war gut. Dass es Ladestationen für unser Elektroauto gibt.

Cons:

Die Lichtanlage im Zimmer ist umständlich. Von den beiden Ladestationen für Elektroautos war eine defekt. Man kann die verschiedenen Beleutungselemente dimmen - was gut gedacht ist, aber SEHR umständlich... Es hat einige Minuten gedauert um vor dem Schlafengehen das Licht komplett auszuschalten... fast, weil eine Nachttischlampe nicht komplett auszuschalten war, sondern nur etwas gedimmt werden konnte. Zum Glück konnte sie so gedreht werden, dass man nicht direkt angestahlt wurde
