The bath tub was not working right the water came from both the shower and the tub it was crap trying to bathe my daughter the microwave wasn’t in there and had to ask for one the phone to call the front desk was not working horrible situation. the tv picture was crap! The AC unit got my fiancé very sick from the mold and allergens! The pictures online to book were advertised as AI fixed them to look remodeled but that wasn’t the truth! I have Been to lower quality hotels and this was way worse than what was expected!!! This location was right next to a jail that was very concerning with having a child with I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!

L’isolation et la porte est directement sur la rue donc si vous avez le sommeil léger comme moi c’est une nuit blanche assuré.

⭐ Extremely disappointing experience

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected.

On the day I received my booking confirmation, I was sent a message clearly stating that I would receive a “grab and go bag” with water and fruit. Based on this information, I arrived at the hotel expecting to receive it.

I arrived late in the evening, but nothing was provided. There was no bag, no water, and nowhere nearby where I could purchase water. Even the reception did not have water available.

I complained at reception and was then told that the hotel had stopped providing the grab-and-go bags two years ago when the hot breakfast buffet was introduced.

This makes absolutely no sense to me. If this service was discontinued two years ago, why was I sent a message on the day of my booking confirmation stating that I would receive the bag?

Guests should be able to rely on information provided directly by the hotel. It is extremely frustrating to arrive late at night expecting something that the hotel itself told you would be available, only to then be told that the service has not existed for two years.

As a result, I spent the night extremely thirsty, with no way to purchase water and no alternative offered by the hotel. After a long journey and arriving late, this was a very unpleasant experience.

Unfortunately, this was not the only disappointment. I was also very unhappy with the cleanliness of the room. There was a very strong smell of mould, which made the room extremely unpleasant to stay in.

Spending the night in a room with such a strong mould smell, while also being unable to get something as basic as drinking water, made for a very difficult and uncomfortable night.

This was not the experience I expected from a hotel, and I am particularly disappointed by the lack of accurate information and the poor condition of the room.

I would not recommend this hotel and, unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

I checked in with my daughter yesterday and we immediately left. It was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. It looked like the nasty hotel in any horror movie. The smell in the room was overwhelming. The shower was leaking and there were spiders. I wasn't going to let my daughter sleep in there. We left and found a room at another hotel.
I have already spoken with the corporate office.
