Excellent facilities and location for a very reasonable price.
Pros:

Everything with the facility and location were perfect for a stay related to the Convention Center. We loved the short walk, McDonalds next door for a quick breakfast and IHOP for lunch and supper. We ate at IHOP each evening and a couple lunches. We will be staying here again.

Cons:

We had to upload a bunch of videos, and even the paid wifi was not sufficient to do so in a quick manner. We will find other options next time for uploading contents, but a super high-speed wifi for large files would be very useful for us.
