Categories

Cleanliness
6.4
Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms and linens, but multiple reviews mention dirty rooms (pee-stained sheets), dusty furniture, carpet smells and inconsistent housekeeping.
Service
9
Consistently positive: numerous comments note friendly, helpful and attentive staff; housekeeping checked on needs and staff described as great/pleasant.
Location
9.2
Very strong: many reviews highlight excellent location near the convention center, parks and convenient walking distance to amenities; often cited as the main advantage.
Room Quality
6.6
Below average for some guests: rooms are described as in an older condition, somewhat noisy (highway, loud AC), though mattresses and showers are generally satisfactory.
Amenities
7.6
Generally adequate: guests enjoyed the pool, on-site IHOP and free parking; basic toiletries provided, but some missing conveniences (no kettle/coffee maker in room) and older facilities.
Value for Money
8.8
Positive: multiple reviewers emphasize excellent price-to-quality ratio and that the hotel is a good economical choice for short stays.
Food and Beverage
7
Limited mentions: presence of an IHOP on the premises is appreciated, but there is little hotel F&B service described, so sentiment is mildly positive/neutral.
Overall Experience
6.2
Good for short stays: many guests would recommend or stay again due to location and staff, but recurring issues (old building, noise, occasional poor housekeeping) temper the overall experience.

Um pernoite para seguir viagem. Mais do que isso pode se arrepender.
Pros:
