Pros:

Service top, Essen sehr gut, Zimmer sehr sauber.

Cons:

Wir waren leider etwas enttäuscht von dem Poolareal..es war nicht wie auf der Website abgebildet und der Hot Tub funktionierte nicht. Sie mussten mehrere Tage auf die Reparatur warten. Etwas weit weg von Houston Zentrum..ca. 25 Minuten Autofahrt.

Tsumicon fun
Pros:

Easy to get to, all staff in all departments were helpful and professional.
Property was beautiful

Cons:

There was only one very small microwave on floor 8.
Also , no brochures in rooms to explain restaurant hours or pool hours.
It was a Tsumicon, so PARKING WAS HORRIBLE

The staff was so accommodating and friendly

Cons:

I wish our room had a microwave, plates, napkins and eating utensils, also wish the Tv had more channels and a place where we could apps to watch other streaming services.

Wonderful staff and clean, comfortable rooms!
Pros:

We stay here every year for an event and staff has always been wonderful! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the onsite amenities we’ve used have always been great!

Great service!
Pros:

A/C wasn't cooling our room during our first night. We called the front desk at 10pm. Ten minutes later, Engineer Sal came to our rescue! Quick, friendly, and professional, Sal had our room cooling in no time!
