Great service!
Pros:

A/C wasn't cooling our room during our first night. We called the front desk at 10pm. Ten minutes later, Engineer Sal came to our rescue! Quick, friendly, and professional, Sal had our room cooling in no time!

J’y étais pour la convention d’horreur. L’hôtel est dans un beau quartier mais très isolé du centre.

Cons:

Il est cher pour un hotel qui est loin d’être luxueux et loin de Houston centre ville. L’intérieure est vieillot.

Outstanding Service from Emmett!
Pros:

I would especially like to recognize Emmett for his outstanding help during our stay at Houston Marriott Westchase.

My gold chain with a religious medal accidentally fell down the bathroom sink drain. The necklace has enormous sentimental value to our family, so we were extremely worried that it was lost forever.

Emmett was absolutely wonderful. He came to help us, carefully worked on the plumbing, removed the necessary pipes and managed to recover my necklace and medal. He also repaired everything afterward and made sure the sink and plumbing were working properly.

What impressed us most was not only his professionalism and skill, but also his kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help. He understood how important this necklace was to us and did everything he could to find it.

Emmett truly went above and beyond. Thanks to him, something irreplaceable and very meaningful to our family was recovered. We are incredibly grateful.

Employees like Emmett make a real difference in a guest’s experience and are a wonderful representation of Marriott hospitality. He deserves special recognition for his exceptional service.

Thank you so much, Emmett! You have no idea how much this meant to us.

Pros:

Came here to specifically write a review about how amazing the Outpost monitor rental service is. Having the ability to mimic my at home set up when traveling is a game changer. 10/10 would recommend. The hotel also has a fantastic treadmill that seamlessly connected to my Apple Watch.

Gift shop staff was nice.

Cons:

The room temperature was HOT!!! Couldn’t change the temp at all it was preset. Then elevators were down so we had to carry all of our luggage and kids down the fire escape.

They had the horror festival going on and there was not enough parking in the parking lot. People were parking down side
Pros:

It was clean. Bed was comfortable. Check in was good. Everyone was very nice.

Cons:

I didn’t like the shower. The water pressure was not that good. I feel like I couldn’t get the soap off of me. Same with shampooing my hair and conditioner. It took me forever to try to get the conditioner out of my hair.

Excellent
Pros:

We’ve stayed each year for a convention and the hotel and employees are fantastic! The maintenance man Sal can up to check our ac in our room and was amazing, even went out of his way to bring us a fan to use for the weekend! Amazing place to stay.
