Location is the only good thing
We chose because there was a restaurant and pool, but they were BOTH closed. Very disappointed. Room fan was loud and obnoxious and kept us awake.
Nothing
Everything, charged for things I didn't use like early and late checkout, TV didn't work, AC was messed up, power went out overnight... staff including manager were extremely rude and unprofessional! We stay 1 night out of 3 and went to a hotel around the corner... was 10/10 better!
The location and the service guy who fixed the clogged sink
The receptionist. Really the receptionist didn’t even welcome me and seemed so annoyed that I ask any question.
No hot water for the first two days. No A/C in some of the convention areas.
Very slow service due to insufficient amount sufficient amount of staff.
Read the fine print on late check out times.
We visited twice today, and we were taken great care of by both Tiffany and Jaime.
We will be returning.

Convenient location
I was told prior to booking the pet fee was per stay not per pet I was over charged because I didn’t have a choice at that time. I showed the from desk the per stay on there website and she didn’t give me a refund. I asked to speak to the manager and never was contacted. I won’t stay at the property again .
The fee they hold each day
Lica location is close to the airport. The shuttle was on time got me to the hotel. The check-in was easy. The personnel Zarah was very personable friendly and had total control over the situation. She handled my early chicken with ease and was very expeditious and finding me a room that was ready.
John P was amazing during the ISPAS conference. Loved my stay!
