Rooms were clean
No complimentary breakfast as stated online I have children and after paying hotel stay breakfast at restaurant was not worth it We went someone else for breakfast Also there were children running up and down hallway at 1130 with no supervision and quiet time is suppose to be 10-6
Property was really nice, rooms nice and clean the restaurant was really good as well though they were out of a lot of items but we were there for a cheer competition so that’s why, the outdoor pool looked really nice the set up was cute all and all I would stay here again and just 12 minutes from downtown
We paid over $200 for one night. When getting to the room the toilet refused to flush. Left to get ice cream and drinks ONLY from the restaurant, which took over 20 minutes to receive. Pool was disgusting inside and out. I even cleaned up some of the mess so my 2yr wouldn’t get ahold of it. No trash cans visible outside by the pool. The front desk did tell us there was breakfast at 6:30am. When going down before leaving for my daughter’s cheer comp the new lady at the desk informed us the breakfast was NOT complementary. Paid $30 for two SMALL portion meals for my kids, one of the orders being wrong. I asked for half regular / half chocolate. And received all blueberry. The breakfast bowl was absolutely horrible and mushy. By the time we got food, and realized how bad it was we had no time to take it back and wait even more time. This was one of the most expensive hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and it was one of the worst. We will not use any future hotels from this name, due to this experience.
The restaurant was overly priced for not even quality good food. And the cleanliness was terrible.
It was close to the airport.
The rooms were not ready at 3pm. We got moved to different rooms and they were not comfortable. The two rooms we finally got were on two different floors. The TV remote was missing from the room. They said continental breakfast on the app, and didn't have it. They said the pool was on the inside and it wasn't. False advertisement.
The hotel was clean and had good facilities, and the staff were very welcoming and assisted me well. Honestly, the only complaint was that quiet hours in the lobby weren't enforced on one of the nights until 11pm, an hour into quiet time, and I had trouble getting to sleep until it died down. But it wasn't an all-night issue, so it wasn't too bad.
Stayed at the Wyndham to attend a convention. In fact there were 4 separate events going on the same weekend in the hotel. Check in was extremely easy and quick. Thanks to Regina for going above and beyond to get me a room that fit my needs.
The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the restaurant was good if a little slow at times. See mention of 4 events on the same weekend.
My stay was very good and I would stay here again.
Very nice staff clean room Gentleman at front desk very helpful named John P
Traveled for USAV volleyball Nationals. My daughter's team won their division so that probably adds some bias in Wyndham's favor. The hotel is a very short drive from the convention center and Lucas oil Field. It is a very short drive from a grocery store and an area with many food options. It is kind of in the middle of an executive office area with not a lot of sidewalks or walkability, but I enjoyed being in this area. We had the executive King suite and a connecting two queen room. There was a very large kitchen and very large seating spaces, but the air conditioning in the executive room did not cool the room whatsoever. The connecting room cooled well but with an intermittent mildew/dirty animal smell. We inquired about this twice but it was never addressed. It was the only negative frustrating thing about the stay. Luckily we spent a lot of time out of the room. There was a ceiling fan which was the only reason why we were able to stay in the room. It was centrally located near the elevators but not near stairs at all. So no matter what you had to wait for elevators. This was not a terrible problem except at absolute peak times. The downstairs area with breakfast and coffee is staffed with people that don't necessarily make coffee, but I was glad that it was there. The restaurant was very convenient to have located in the hotel. Nice staff. Good food and drinks. Parking was easy. Everyone at the front desk was nice, but not everyone was qualified to be in that role. Overall, I enjoyed this stay but much room for improvement. But I am not critical as the hotel was also near max capacity and I feel that they performed quite well given the volume. Would definitely stay here again for an event at the convention center if I didn't want to be in walking distance.
Goodmorning...My sister&i had great time.
Ms Regina was of great help to us as well.
Would definitely recommend this to more family & friends.
Have a blessed weekend
John P and staff were excellent, check-in for 5 rooms was quick.
The check in staff here is always so friendly, it's always a pleasure to come here. I always know they will be helpful and kind. This year, Regina got us taken care of quickly and with good humor, and she made sure we had a good room location for our conference and that our business partner with mobility limitations could access conference rooms easily from our room. I very much appreciated her attention to these details!
Great early check in from John P.
Super nice hotel, friendly staff.
Clean and easy
No good enough cafe
Rod is such a lovely driver! He’s always very kind and such a great person to chat with. He’s my favorite airport driver!
Came for work, overall good place but A/C wasn’t working very well.
Alejandro assisted me very well.
