Pros:

No hot water for the first two days. No A/C in some of the convention areas.
Very slow service due to insufficient amount sufficient amount of staff.
Read the fine print on late check out times.

Cons:

I was told prior to booking the pet fee was per stay not per pet I was over charged because I didn’t have a choice at that time. I showed the from desk the per stay on there website and she didn’t give me a refund. I asked to speak to the manager and never was contacted. I won’t stay at the property again .

Pros:

Lica location is close to the airport. The shuttle was on time got me to the hotel. The check-in was easy. The personnel Zarah was very personable friendly and had total control over the situation. She handled my early chicken with ease and was very expeditious and finding me a room that was ready.

Worst stay ANYWHERE in 40+ years - AVOID!
Pros:

AVOID. Horrible experience. Approx. 1 hour check-in. One person working the front desk to begin. Cold water for shower first morning. Luke-warm for the rest. No housekeeping for 3 days. Most towels and paper products had run out. Asked several times and finally serviced day 3. Very slow internet. Needed an accommodation for a late check-out because of a trip issue but refused and charged extra $40 for 1.5 hours after all of the issues there. Complete failure on the Wyndham's part.

The waitress/server showed poor customer service.. 8/1/2026 . The service was very disappointing.. Both staff members were too lazy to properly serve me my dinner plate . It was given Jim Crow vibes

I would go back again
Pros:

Nice place with great service and employees. Food was above average, meeting rooms were excellent. Could use some upgrades but for the price it was a very nice place to stay
