The refrigerator in the conference room wasn't working properly. It is in need or major repairs or replaced. Three wall panels and the frame fell just feet away from us. Had someone been hit, a lawsuit waiting to happen. The table service was completely understaffed resulting in delayed and missing food. Please give this location some major TLC. It needs it!

Excellent service from John P. at check-in!
The room was nice. The shower was great. The TV did not work very well. Those things were easy to deal with, however. When Iarrived, I went towards a desk and grabbed one of the luggage carriers. I was told by the Desk man and he needed to see my driverslicense. I showed it to him. He then insisted that he have it in his possession while I used the cart, I thought this was odd, butI did it. His attitude was not great when I hesitated. He seemed quite arrogant and irritated that I didn’t want to give up my drivers license. I use the car returned it and got my license back over the course of the weekend. I asked others if they had to give uptheir license. The answer was always no I don’t understand this. Did he think I was going to steal the cart? I even remarked jokingly like it would’ve been really hard to get it on the airplane. My whole experience with him was offputting. I was told his name was John. On a brighter note I did engage in conversation with a girl named Regina. She was a breath of fresh air for me after having dealt with John. Please tell her I was impressed with her. Thank you very much.
Going to the INDY Tace and staying at the Wyndham airport hotel. Just want to say how nice and professional Mr. John P was at check in. Coming off the road it sure was nice to be welcomed with a wonderful greeting. Thank you John. We will be visiting here again.
