What a terrible experience all around.
Upon arrival, 1 of 3 elevators working. Never got fixed over 4 days. Colleagues say reviews indicate it's been that way for months. Nothing like bringing hundreds of people to an event, all of whom need to be on the elevators at once, and they don't work.
Got to the room. All the woodwork is banged up. Bathroom door rotted and peeling paint on the bottom. AC would never cool the room. Other colleagues had to be moved, no AC. Tub didn't drain.
Stayed 4 nights. Housekeeping came once, didn't take the trash, didn't refill our sink soap.
Conference rooms are a DISASTER. Ridiculously hot. Yesterday there was truly not even the AC blowing hot air, while system was down for part of the AM.
Marriott should seriously kick this hotel out of the chain. This was a disaster.
Great location and great facilities. Ron is awesome.
Elevators are wicked slow to come to you.
Clean sheets
Elevators are broken a lot. They have 4 elevators and only one for guest work and the other was designated for employees so be prepared to ride with housekeeping and their carts.
The AC unit in my room made a loud "bang" noise every 30 minutes like someone was kicking on the door. It made sleep impossible, I woke up 10+ times. Two of the 4 elevators were not working the entire stay, I waited over 10 minutes to get one up to my room. The parking lot which I paid for was covered in trash.
La alianza con el hotel de al lado.
Al llegar, nadie estaba disponible o atento a indicarnos dónde parquear porque no hay una señal clara de como descargar las maletas.

Only 2 elevators were working during checkout, waited 10 minutes to catch a elevator
The rooms were clean. I loved the city view.
Our first room the AC wasn’t working properly. We were moved to a new room with good AC. The AC elevators are awful. You can wait up to 15 minutes on an elevator.
Stayed in this hotel for a conference. I saw some reviews posted several weeks before my stay that indicated that 2 of the 4 elevators were not working. As of June 12th, they were still broken. There was no fridge in my room, just the empty space where one should be. The ice machine was out of order for maintenance, but there was a sign directing guests to use the one 1 floor up. That one was partially disassembled with a bottle of cleaner sitting on it. My room itself was clean, AC worked fine. Bathroom could use an update, as the bottom of the vanity was rusted, the shower floor grout was discolored. No great options for food- several restaurants, but with the same basic menu. I feel bad for the employees, they were very nice and did their best- but they should not have to make excuses for management that drops the ball on basic maintenance.
My colleagues and I were in town for training, and Omar checked us in. His customer service was absolutely impeccable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people, and he made our stay start on a great note.
