Comfy beds..scary elevators. Great peaceful sleep after a great concert!!
Pros:

Gorgeous place! Lots of food options on site and a Starbucks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy and the shower had good pressure and didn’t run out of hot water.

Cons:

The elevators weren’t working properly and it took forever to catch one to and from your room. The shower took a while to drain, so if you weren’t first in, then you were standing in someone else’s dirty water. There was no fridge in the room or clock, which we found strange. Also had to pay to park on the property, which was kind of crazy considering the room price for one night. It was $30 to park overnight.

Nice weekend Getaway
Pros:

The staff were polite and helpful. The room was spacious. I appreciated the table setup.

Cons:

The elevator service was a challenge. There were only about 2 working elevators. My grandmother has a walker so it made going up and down an additional 30-45 min. Wait.

Pros:

Great location, clean, but the staff was the best! My son’s (Tobie 10 and Charlie 8) were baptized that morning and when the staff found out they gave them a card signed by all and 2 pieces of red velvet cheesecake! We had went to a Toby Mac concert and when we came in the receptionist knocked on the door with the card and cakes! Amazing staff! With the way the world is today that really showed not just me but also my boys there are really good people out there. It made me cry and I had to give her ( the receptionist) a huge hug! It was just beautiful!

Won’t buy food to take home to family or store in there fridge
Pros:

Clean and comfortable beds
Staff friendly other than, tried to distance themselves from fridge issue. Could have offered some compensation. Really hurt by expensive loss. But like the hotel.

Cons:

Phone hard to use
Asked for fridge, they dropped at door. We had to carry in. Plugged in where fridge goes, checked and was trying to figure if getting cold- morning realized. Not working
Tech came. Could not get to work. Moved to other side of room. Then worked. They had to have know the electrical outlet was bad for that room. Lost all of our expensive dinner salmon, lamb chops, and vegetables all had smell we paid $200. Staff didn’t seem to care.
We placed were fridge belongs.

It was alright but not worth the money.
Pros:

The lobby with the rooftop bar and the bar in the lobby. Rooms were nice also.

Cons:

The parking, no microwave in room, only 2 elevators working for 14 floors. Also paid for a city view but was not a view of the city.
