Pros:

It’s has a nice lobby and common area

Cons:

It took 2 hours to get me into my room. Couldn’t find my booking at all. Wanted me to pay for a room and then be refund 14 business days later after I had already paid 200 plus already

It was alright but not worth the money.
Pros:

The lobby with the rooftop bar and the bar in the lobby. Rooms were nice also.

Cons:

The parking, no microwave in room, only 2 elevators working for 14 floors. Also paid for a city view but was not a view of the city.

Pros:

Afternoon, night staff seems bothered to help.

Cons:

There was no refrigerator in the room when I checked in. I let them know 3 times that day and no one came to drop one off until the next morning at 10 am when I went downstairs, Jennifer was able to get one to the room . I also had a bathroom leak from the shower(big puddle when I stepped out of the shower). I told management that day as well and they sent a tech up and all he was to put extra towels down for absorption. Jennifer was also able to get someone to the room to fix it and they came around 11 and he attempted to fix the issue.
