Very happy with stay and family friendly
Pros:

Standard rooms were good size and had connecting rooms which were very large

Cons:

Service was often slow with housekeeping for getting top ups for our bathroom and towels for the pool but front desk and concierge were great.

Supposed to check in at 4 but staff said room not ready was waiting for almost 2 hours .2Elevator was not working

Cons:

We had to walk all the way from the parking deck to the front entrance each time we parked because of renovations. It took us 10-20 min each time to even catch a elevator to get off our floor! Big boards all in the hallway where they were working on the elevator, i even stepped in a acrew inside the elevator, luckily it didnt go through my shoe.

Great Stay, would definitely stay here again .
Pros:

Very nice hotel, very modern and luxury feeling. The hotel food was also very good and the staff was good.

Cons:

All the construction and the elevators were very slow.. it was kind of annoying, especially during a busy weekend in Charlotte during the time a concert was occurring. It was annoying more than anything, but aside from that the stay at the hotel was great.

Cons:

My experience this go around was horrible, I received a room where the air didn't work, elevators down due to service on a busy weekend such as a concert weekend. I don't think I'll stay at the location again!

Great location but…
Pros:

The location was great. Very close to the stadium, shopping and restaurants

Cons:

If you stay here during the summer, request a lower floor room maybe. We were on the 14th floor and it was uncomfortably hot. Our room AC never went below 75. We complained and an “engineer” came by and set it to 50, told us it would go down if we turned off the lights. It stayed at 80 throughout the night. He also said it was because of the roof being directly above us. Terrible. Also the elevators had long lines due to 2 being worked on.
