Pros:

the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

the only thing i found off was the layout of the room with the sink and shower so close to the door in a way that, if someone were at the door and other guest is in the shower or toilet location or maybe a door to the sink would be best. Also no overhead lighting in the main space.

Good location. Need a shuttle service to convention center. Nice coffee bar would be great. Very pet friendly, love that.

Great time and lovely hosts at the Aloft
Pros:

We were at the aloft hotel in down town Atlanta for a convention and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and tidy as well as the facilities being lovely. The absolute highlight was the hospitality we received from the front desk staff, especially the concierge, Ogwa. In a way she became a highlight of our trip being very friendly, cheerful, and helpful as we asked for assistance in a way that was very memorable for its charm. Would love to come by again for the next convention that comes our way.

Pros:

Niza and Sinatria were excellent and deserves monetary credit.

Cons:

The staff didn't check the sheets before changing the linen. There were visible stains on the sheets and comforter, which I only noticed the next after I slept in them. Also I was told several times that certain items were out of stock ... half & half , Cesar dressing for salad and a few other things. Also no microwave in room.
