Vollkommen Zufrieden mit guter Preis/Leistung
Pros:

Hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon zur Ostseite im 4. OG. Sonnenaufgang jeden Morgen. Wunderschön. Zimmer mit TV und bequemen Bett. Küchenzeile mit Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle. Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe, Teller, Müslischüssel. Alles da! Alles sauber! Esstisch mit Stühlen im Zimmer. Bad und Toilette alles ohne Mängel! Alles funktionierte. Das spricht für sich. Raucherfreies Zimmer!

Cons:

Lage zwischen zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen. Jeweils 10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Dafür liegt das Hotel an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Alles hat Vor- und Nachteile. Weg zur Stadtmitte ca. 20-25 min. je nach Wartezeit an der Haltestelle.

Emplacement parfait, personnel agréable
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable , le lieu est calme et l’emplacement est parfait.
La place de parking est un plus.

Cons:

Le ménage est à revoir vraiment, il faut mettre des choses en place, c’est vraiment dommage, c’est le seul point qui était plus que limite, je me fiche que ce soit moderne mais la propreté c’est la base, c’est comme si il n’était pas fait, ou la méthode n’est pas la bonne.
Plaque de cuisson recouverte d’une couche de crasse, gras sur la crédence, sol noir, salle de bain non nettoyé avec dentifrice sur le miroir, pas de protections d’oreiller, oreiller décousu, fermé par des agrafes, les serviettes pas propres, couette très sale ….

Personnel de l'accueil accueillant, sympathique et arrangeant. Ils ont répondu favorablement à nos demandes.
Logement conforme à la description, bien agencé avec tous les équipements nécessaires.
Situation idéale, commerces à proximité, tram à quelques minutes à pied et centre-ville accessible à pied également en 10min !
Possibilité de garer gratuitement sa voiture sur le parking extérieur.

Cons:

Le hall d'accueil et le logement mériteraient un rafraichissement.
Et la serrure de la porte du logement pourrait être renforcée.
