Everything was great. Super friendly staff. Nothing was too much. They bring fresh fruit once you sit by the beautiful pool. 3 bottles of water in your room everyday, Showers are great. The water is warm. Room service etc.

Beautiful black & white hotel with stunning features & furnishings. V reasonable price, professional friendly staff, lovely food.
Chairs could have cushions, we found them a little hard & uncomfortable.
The location and the stay itself was amazing. The pool had a great vibe and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Right from the welcome to leaving the accommodated all our requests.

Warm welcome from all staff - The frontline staff get a 5 star, and I can appreciate this is an asset to the hotel and tourists alike
• As a yearly birthday treat, over the years we have stayed at over 15 Chiang Rai hotels.
• Reasons for choosing Mora this year is because normally we feel it is over-priced but on this occasion the price was reasonable
• Large parking area + charger but no cover or protection from the sun - this could easily be installed
• Fitness room max 2-3 persons
• Nice swimming pool and sit out loungers well equipped with attentive staff
• Spa service available but as expected not competitive to outside hotel services
• Reception area very small chairs at desk too low difficult to reach desk to sign or read info, very cramped and hot
• Room layout poor, only one draw in the wardrobe for cloths, 2nd draw taken up by safe at floor level,
• Room "flow" uncomfortable
• Unable to easily reach the coffee and hot water equipment needed to move sofa and chair to lean over table and unplug lamp and mosquito killer to pug in equipment
• Long desk in bedroom area plenty of sockets with 4 long draws 3 inches deep
• Aircon units on balcony so needed to turn off aircon in the room if wanted to sit on balcony as too hot and noisy
• Poor wall insulation able to hear everyone closing room doors and walking past the room and banging noises coming from the fourposter bed in the room above (I think as noise echoes) - at 11pm and woken up again at 7am
• Breakfast disappointing confusing menu. Chamomile tea told not on menu...... a first
• Aircon not turned on in dining room open doors to sit out eating area BUT no choice to be either hot or cool (Chiang Rai temp already up to 32-34C)
• On the other hand Rooftop restaurant good air flow outside sitting area plus aircon inside and good and attentive service
• Found hole in bottom bed sheet - informed (photo)
• Shower drain blocked whole bathroom was flooded - informed appears to be an ongoing drain off problem (photo)
• Breakfast milk jug spout black mold - informed (photo)
• At checkout we were not asked about our stay
• No acknowledgement of problems experienced or any apology. I consider this to be unacceptable if they proport to be a 5* establishment
Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed this hotel. Very clean, staff lovely. Rooms cleaned and refreshed every day. Pool area was sooooo comfortable and a dip to escape the heat was welcomed, complimentary plate of fruit at the pool was a nice touch. Breakfast was the best, Al a carte and buffet, so much to choose from and good quality.
Nothing apart from a small walk to smoking area but that is normal these days, seating and umbrellas provided and ashtrays emptied immediately after use.
Staff were polite and helpful, breakfast choices were great and plentiful. We borrowed bicycles and did a short ride in the morning when it was quiet. Great location to walk to the bustling Saturday night market.

The hotel staff were super professional and polite and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautiful interiors. The hotel restaurant is very recommended, great food options and quality is excellent
It would be nice if there was sauna, steam room, cold plunge etc as part of the fitness experience they have there.
