It was nice and accessible. However, there is some construction near the entrance that made it confusing on where to enter.

The hotel itself was good and well located.
NO PARKING! They only have valet parking for $48/overnight

Location is perfect, in the historic district. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff, top notch.

Nice hotel, but the parking was terrible.
There were cockroaches in our room and we asked the front desk if they could send someone they said they would but no one ever showed up. Also, there were women’s panties on top of the lamp. Nasty.
Historic, convenient, friendly, excellent toiletries, dog friendly
Bathroom door stuck and was hard to get into bathroom. Towels not convenient. No place to walk dog nearby or at night. Valet was expensive!
Close to river street
I paid for a room with a view. My view was construction work with our window 100% blocked by construction. The elevators barely worked. The hotel was also not clear how funds were broken down and proceeded to charge me extra money without even telling me. I found out through bank statements.

$48/day for parking is outrageous. On top of that they hit you with a $25 ‘destination fee’ which gets you two drinks at their bar. No thanks; I’d rather you avoid these crass wallet-grabs and simply work this nonsense into the room fee. Just because other hotels do this doesn’t mean you have to as well. Be better.
Friendly service, appreciate the wooden welcome chips redeemable for drinks at the bar 😀. Heads up if you stay in a room facing the street…VERY VERY loud.
