Location was great and staff was very friendly

Cons:

Doing some construction on one of the doors, but that was not bad at all. Only heard it when we were downstairs.

Location was convenient in regards to shopping. The room was clean. Fitness center was clean and decent.

Cons:

Paying for parking (only valet) didn’t say that on the reservation, that I can remember. No pool.

Location was excellent, staff was nice, room was nice. Historic decor was awesome too!
Pros:

Room was nice, pretty clean, and also loved being on the bottom floor. Loved breakfast at the restaurant! Loved getting some free cocktail tokens!! Staff was friendly. I loved the decor, the little lounge by the main door was really nice.

Cons:

Parking is pretty expensive since we only needed to park our car, we didn't use it at all in the two days we stayed at the hotel. But I understand parking is at a premium downtown. The bathroom towels were a little worn out and could've been softer.

It’s disappointing a local hotel in the historic district sold out to a third party vendor. It shows.
Pros:

It was close to the riverfront

Cons:

The maintenance crew was lacking. The manager did little to accommodate or compensate. The food was cold. The front desk can be rude. The elevators go down frequently.

Pros:

Great area, overall hotel clean, real relaxing.

Cons:

There were a few nats that were in the room and the covers weren't all the way clean. One of the valets was rude but the rest of the team wasnt, it did however take a while to get our car to us each time we requested it
