Beautiful hotel and bedroom, hammock in the terrace, friendly staff who were helpful and provided many recommendations for what to do in the area, kayaks and SUPs available for free to explore the lagoon. There is a small pool, the restaurant service is available at all times and the view is beautiful from the hotel dock. 15 minute walk to downtown Bacalar.
The water pressure in the shower could be stronger, the little soap bars and cosmetic products could be of slightly higher quality. There are a few Wifi networks available, one worked very well but the main one provided through QR code did not.

Fantastic location at the lagoon. Really friendly people at the reception, who helped us with various hiccups. Rooms were really tidy, comfortable. Breakfast is a bit too expensive for what you get. Then rather go into town to find something.

On entendait un peu la musique de l’hôtel d’à côté fin d’après-midi. Cuisine du restaurant correcte mais pour le même prix le restaurant la Playita de Bacalar nous a semblé bien meilleur.

Noisy bar next door and no windows meant waking up at 5am and noisy exercise classes in the evenings. I think there are better places to stay for the money
Todo perfecto. Ubicación excelente con acceso directo a la laguna. Habitaciones adecuadas. Magnífica hospitalidad y voluntad de servicio. Ambiente cálido y relajado. Restaurante eficiente.
El establecimiento vecino pone la música un poco alta. Para nosotros no fue un problema pero para otros podría serlo

The staff here are wonderful, they truly went above and beyond for us! We felt like valued guests and well cared for. Our room was cool and comfortable and we especially loved the balcony with hammock. Housekeeping did a thoughtful and thorough job each day. Donna the duck was a fun pal.
The dock area is almost there. the furniture is comfortable, there just isn't enough space. Most of the time when we went to enjoy the dock and lagoon, all the chairs were taken. We were not aware when we booked that this was such a family friendly location and there were far more children than we would have liked for our relaxing vacation, good to know in advance! It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Wellicht is het ietsje te ver lopen om elke avond naar het stadje te gaan voor de restaurantjes, maar de taxi prijzen zijn echt super redelijk en de receptie belt ze voor je als je dat wilt. Ongeveer 60 pesos.
One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in! Awesome decour, amazing location on the lake- tasty food and drinks and excellent service. Only 20 minute walk to town so great location!
Uitstekende locatie, wij hadden huisje nummer 12. Elke dag housekeeping en super vriendelijk personeel van ontvangst tot in de bediening, echt heel fijn. Wederom zo’n locatie waar alles mogelijk is in overleg, laundry service, zeilboot boeken, kayaks gebruiken voor de zonsopkomst. Heerlijke dagen gehad
