Will definitely come back!
Pros:

Great position super close to the metro, konbini and restaurants.
It is close to Shinjuku but in a calmer area where you don’t have noise and can enjoy peace after a whole day around.

Everybody was super helpful and kind. The room was super clean and with all necessary for a super comfortable stay.

Cons:

I liked everything!

Logic stay near main locations in Tokyo downtown.
Pros:

Quiet street, that makes it perfect for good rest after 20k+ steps a day and pretty close to all kind of restaurants, transportations and convenience stores. 10’ walking from Shin-Okubo

Cons:

Nothing to remark, specially. Room feels a bit small but it’s normal in Japanese hotels, but it’s absolutely functional so it fits for purpose.

For the price I was expecting a bit more, but the staff was super helpful!
Pros:

The staff was super helpful gentle.

Cons:

The toilet doesn’t have a bidet, and also you have to go up the ladder to reach the bed, which I know is on the pictures, but I wasn’t expecting it to be so high, so if you’re a bit afraid of heights or wake up during night to go to the restroom, maybe this option is not the best for you.
