大変満足
Pros:

リッチ、そして何よりスタッフの方々の対応が良くみなさんがとても親切ででした。

Cons:

良くなかったのではなく、強いて言えば、室内で使って濡れたタオルをかけるところがなかったので、それがあるとさらに素晴らしいと感じました。

Pros:

Estuvimos alojados en la habitación que tenía la cama arriba, la verdad es que el espacio que se tiene es de agradecer habiendo hoteles tan pequeños

Cons:

El colchón, las dos noches que hemos dormido ahí nos hemos levantado como si nos hubieran dado una paliza, podías coger los muelles con tu propia mano, muy incómodo, muy muy viejo

とてもコスパが良かったです！
Pros:

地下鉄駅の出口からかなり近くで利便性が良かった！渋谷辺りで予定がある場合は重宝しそうです。また、重いスーツケースを荷台用のEVで運んでもらえたので助かりました。

Cons:

出入り口のところが喫煙所になっていたので、子供連れとしては嫌でした。自分も嫌煙家なので尚更かもしれませんが。できれば違うところに喫煙所を設けてほしいと感じました。

Good value for money
Pros:

Good value for money, also with a small welcome gift. Nice staff, has a microwave that can be used by everyone in the building, and has a washer and dryer that can be used by everyone in the building.

Cons:

Trashcan is on the small side.
If you run out of change you need to go somewhere else to get it the reception doesn't have any to help you with.
