Friendly staff. Close to interstate.
Pros:

Friendly staff. They were wonderful.

Cons:

Ran our of body wash in the middle of the shower. I told the lady at the front desk the next morning and she was very helpful . It was still a pain though. I had to use shampoo to wash off.

It was definitely not what I was expecting from the pictures
Pros:

Nothing at all Beside the room spacious

Cons:

Our room built a lot of condensation so the floors were very slippery and room wasn’t clean properly

I will not stay there again
Pros:

Easy access location, lots of free parking spots available. Hot breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Room was connected to other room with a very thin door and they watch tv on full volume till the morning, I called reception many times at night but nothing changed. Cant sleep at all.

It was pleasant.
Pros:

The breakfast was top tier! They should have made cookies for the guests it was a really busy weekend I went the wrong location at first and the metarie location is way nicer and they had free cookies for the guests upon check in

Cons:

No cookies were made even after I asked the staff to make some

Overall, the stay was good. My family and I enjoyed ourselves in New Orleans.
Pros:

The location was great not too far from downtown which was a plus since we were able to visit the aquarium and the Riverwalk outlet mall.

Cons:

1st room was filthy so we had to switch to a different room. The second room was decent, but I still asked for new towels, rags, and bed sheets and covers since I saw stains on them. Also, the pool was nasty so my family and I couldn’t get in the pool which was very disappointing for my family and I since we bought our swim clothes.

Pros:

* I like the area a lot bcuz it's literally in the middle of a food & shopping area within miles of each other .
The staff was very accommodating & attentive to needs .

Cons:

* Some floors the ice machine didn't work , so we had to go down stairs to get ice every time & originally the refrigerator wasn't working but they changed it out .
