Parfait
Pros:

Tout à été parfait !! Chambre spacieuse et très propre, situé dans une ruelle très calme.
Énorme + : il y a un bureau de bagagerie non loin de la gare qui nous a permis de déposer nos valises en attendant le Check-in. Ils nous on livré les valises directement dans notre chambre.

Pros:

L'emplacement, les confort, et la taille sont parfaits. Petite ruelle calme et charmante à proximité d'une rue commerçante couverte, de transports et en bordure des beaux quartiers de l'est. Un guest center en centre ville juste à côté de la gare permet d'y faire livrer des valises ou de les récupérer (moyennant finances) après le checkout.

Cons:

Au niveau de l'appartement, c'est un peu moins bien équipé que des appartements à prix équivalent: pas de sèche linge, mais quand même les système de soufflerie chauffante dans la salle de bain qui permet de sécher une machine en un soir.
Le vrai bémol c'est la propriété qui était très superficielle: j'ai déplace le lit pour accéder à une prise et je suis tombé sur une belle couche de poussière, mouchoirs usés, chewing-gum. Le reste était nickel mais on constate que c'était pas fait en profondeur et c'est pas très agréable.
Port finir, Le personnel est très sympathique en personne, mais le sens du service (aider un client qui a besoin de s'y retrouver dans un pays très différent du sien) n'y est pas. N'espérez pas d'aide pour organiser vos transferts de valises sur le prochain hôtel, ni rien de plus que le service de base.
Un logement correct au global, mais un rapport qualité prix moins bon que dans le reste de ce qu'on a pu expérimenter au Japon

毎年、泊まりたいホテルです。
Pros:

ホテルは静かで清潔で、部屋の中に洗濯機、冷蔵庫、コンロ、レンジ、ポットもあって便利で快適でした。ロケーションが良く、バス亭、地下鉄や、レストラン街もがすぐ近くにあり、丸山公園、清水寺も歩ける距離にありました。

Group Trip
Pros:

Location was perfect! Walking distance from many food and temple locations. Also a short walk from the metro so day trips were no problem.

Cons:

The washer dryer set didn't work right. Recommend washing in the room but drying just take it to the laundry mat that is 3mins away. We washed our clothes and it took 2 days for everything to be dry since we had to hang dry it in the bathroom. Also the blankets are small so if you have more than 2 people ask for another one.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, temple shoren in et chion in magnifiques et juste à côté, Gion, nishiki market à distance de marche.
La salle de bain est petite mais avec toilettes japonaises, télé au dessus de la baignoire...

Really nice
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the canal which lovely to walk along. Close to shops and an excellent French bakery just up the road. Super friendly staff. They also use suitcase delivery, delivered our suitcases to the next hotel. Was fantastic.

Great stay in a cute little neighbourhood in Kyoto.
Pros:

Excellent value for money, in a cute neighbourhood, within walking distance of some of Kyotos main attractions. Close to train station, large rooms, and comfortable beds. Washing machine was great to get our laundry done.

Cons:

Was a bit more basic than the other properties we stayed at (no cleaning, limited reception facilities, etc). Wasn’t very soundproof when you had noisy people above you but this generally stopped at a reasonable time.

Spacious and well appointed apartment in great location
Pros:

Spacious room, easy check in and out, good location close to sites and bus stops. Wonderful to have washing machine and kitchenette. Easy to talk to staff, who were very helpful.

Cons:

Would like to have more shelves or a cupboard for storage. We lived out of our suitcases because there wasn't anywhere to put things

Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito boa. Próxima de atrações turísticas e de serviços de transporte público (metrô e ônibus). O tamanho do quarto é ótimo, sendo a mini cozinha e máquina de lavar roupa bastante conveniente

Cons:

O isolamento acústico do quarto não é dos melhores, para não dizer ruim. Em algumas noites tivemos que conviver com barulhos de passos do quarto acima, que era muito incômodo, especialmente tarde da noite. O problema foi relatado na recepção, que se prontificou em conversar com os vizinhos de cima, mas é uma solução pouco efetiva se no dia seguinte os barulhos retornam.
