Pros:

Miły pomocny personel, pokój nr 5 cichy. W pokoju i łazience czysto. Poprosiłem o czajnik ponieważ muszę brać leki i potrzebuję gorącej wody otrzymałem bez problemu wraz z dodatkowymi szklankami i łyżeczkami. Wifi szybkie.

Cons:

Poduszki do wymiany. Stare wymiętolone niskiej jakości wkłady. Brak górnej lampy powodował że w pokoju było wieczorem dość ciemno.

Super - unkompliziert - freundlich - gerne wieder
Pros:

Ich habe nicht dort gefrühstückt, da ich zum Frühstücken woanders verabredet war ... ABER ich habe im Hotel Tiergarten einen erstklassigen Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine bekommen - das hat meinen Morgen noch mal deutlich erhellt! DANKE

Für eine Übernachtung in zentraler Lage ist das Hotel wunderbar!
Pros:

Super Lage und recht gute S-Bahn-Anbindung, selbst ein Bolt zum Hbf blieb deutlich unter 10 Euro Fahrtpreis. Das angeschlossene Café, in dem man auch frühstücken konnte, machte einen guten Eindruck, ich habe es aber aus Zeitmangel nicht nutzen können.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keine Minibar, auf dem Tisch stand eine Flasche Mineralwasser, die aber normalerweise kostenpflichtig ist. Nur weil es an dem Tag sehr heiß war, wurden einem die Kosten für dieses Mineralwasser erlassen, wenn man es getrunken hatte. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, zumindest eine kleine Flasche Mineralwasser sollte immer im Preis enthalten sein.

Pros:

I like the vintage style of the hotel, staff are very friendly and caring. The lady on the reception was very caring and attentive towards my daughter who was about to have surgery, we really enjoy our stays at Hotel Tiergarten we will definitely be back.
