Awesome! Would stay here again
Pros:

Location is prime. First impression with greeting and assistance by doorman/bell boy is commendable. Love the warm welcome and smiles! Received a welcome drink while waiting for check-in and the check-in process didn't take too long. Water pressure in the bathroom was superb & aircon in room works well. Had a relaxing spa session at the in-hotel spa facility. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Cons:

Upon reaching our room, door knob on our room door was wonky and housekeeping taught us how to opened the door in a specific way. Room is huge - it might be a bit dated but to rest and have a good sleep is good enough for us. Could have upgraded the TV to smart TV with youtube included since there are not many TV channels included. We ended up casting from our phones. Love the breakfast and the cheese options, though would love a bigger buffet spread with more food options.
