Satisfactory, good location
Pros:

Spacious, quiet room, nice bathroom, great foods, good location, clean towel with complete toiletries, nice staff but most of them are foreign workers, iron in the closet, got table with table lamp. Many plug points. No need to bring travel adapter. Many big mirror. Safe for solo travel

Wifi wasn't strong, no free parking, expensive in-room dining although the foods are simple, lack of kids' foods options, but delivery duration was as promised, no tv channel in my room, the room is quiet far from elevator,

perfect location, and excellent hospitality.
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, especially for shopping and walking around Bukit Bintang. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was very crowded most of the time, and it was difficult to find a table without waiting.

Sonraki Kuala Lumpur gezilerimizde de kesinlikle tercih ederiz.
Pros:

Güler yüzlü personel ve hizmet anlayışıyla beklentimizi tamamıyla karşıladı. Kahvaltı gayet iyiydi. Odamız çok rahattı. Otelin konumu da harikaydı, zaten konumu sebebiyle bu otelde yer ayırttık. Karşısında büyük bir AVM olması da bizim için tercih sebeplerinden biriydi.

Cons:

Otelden kaynaklı hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Bizi rahatsız eden hiçbir olumsuz durum söz konusu değildi.
