Good hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Good value for money and excellent location. Generally the property is good. It is a little bit dated however that did not change our experience. The hotel is close to food spots, tourist spots and multiple tram and train lines. It has a nice rooftop swimming all tho not operational all year round. Coming back to chill in the complimentary spa and sauna after a long day of sightseeing is also a bonus.

Cons:

Very below average breakfast for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was passable, however very poor variety for a 5 star in Turkey.

지하철에서 나와서 눈앞에 딱 보여서 찾기가 좋았습니다
직원들은 모두 친절하고 라운지에서 보는 야경도 멋집니다
올드타운의 멋진 유적지들이 가까이있어 이동도 좋습니다

Great value for a well located hotel in the centre of old Istanbul, perfect for seeing this amazing city
Pros:

The central Location and good transport links, both bus and train made it perfect for a city break.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially the night porter Atakan who went above and beyond.

I paid a little extra for the Presidential Suite which was huge, with 3 beds and 2 showers as well as a massive hot tub/ bath. Well worth the extra.

The rooftop pool area was also fantastic and a welcome spot after a warm day sigh seeing. Got the sun all day and had a reasonably priced bar

Direct access from lobby to an independent Hammam Turkish Baths.

Cons:

Was a bit dated and could possibly do with a refurb. Some of the regular rooms don’t have windows and were internal.

Breakfast not for everyone but I really liked it.

Innen pool auch groß

Cons:

Whirlpool im Zimmer ist nicht mehr inn.
Frühstück mittelmäßig
Personal war nicht gut gelaunt
Doppelbett ging aussenander weil es zwei einzellbetten sind.Hatte 2 Zimmer gebucht(1007 und 1009) leider über B-Class Bistro mit live music bis ca.2 Uhr. Es gibt bessere und neuere Hotels in der nähe die genau so viel kosten.

Nu mi au plăcut 3 lucruri totusi fiind hotel de 5*
- cînd am ajuns la recepție pentru cazare , am fost anunțați ca prosoapele vor veni peste 3.ore
- ca sa parchezi mașina prin fața Hotelului , vine cel care cară bagajele si spune 20 euro, ocupă locurile cu niște piloni pe o suprafață de 100 metri chiar daca nu sunt locuri urile lor
- micul dejun nu este diversificat pentru un hotel de 5 *

la posizione, dietro la metro e a 5 minuti a piedi da un tram.

Cons:

camera poco luminosa, mancanza di armadi per le persone nella stanza ( 3 ), sotto il letto polvere. odore di scarico nella stanza, pulizia della camera non fatta fino alle 15 dopo ns sollecito. concierge che si è sbagliato in una prenotazione di un taxi

Meeste personeel was aardig, ontbijt was goed. Locatie dicht bij tram was goed. De meeste faciliteiten waren goed.

Cons:

Kamer was kleiner dan foto's suggereerde, erg weinig kast ruimte, geen stoel of iets dergelijks. Met balkon maar daar kon je niet op zitten, ook geen stoel. Plafond douche was krakkemikkig. Op de foto's kwam hotel luxe over maar was in feite oubollig. Ontbijtzaal was in kelder zonder ramen, niet bepaald uitnodigend. Er zou een restaurant zijn maar dat was er niet. Er werd verwezen naar het naastliggende restaurant wat vroeger bij het hotel hoorde. Er zou parkeer gelegenheid zijn maar die was er niet. Voor een 5 sterren restaurant hadden wij overall meer verwacht. In die zin was prijs kwaliteit verhouding matig. Wij zouden het niet meer aanraden.
