The location was great and the property was really nice.
The breakfast was bad (horrible bacon and eggs) and it wasn't great for sleeping. There was a lot of light through the windows. The room windows need curtains.

I love the walking distance from all of the shops. Not too far from the wineries without some much traffic
Had a lot of renovations going on so to get upstairs was a bet of a hassle. The pool area is outdated and a little small for the amount of guest that was there at the time.
Clean, modern facility. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Only one thing: the mobility accessible bathroom did not have a shower seat.
I did not like it
The room was OK, but the unreliable internet and terrible breakfast made this a disappointing stay. The internet connection was so poor that I could not take part in an important conference call. When I raised the issue, I was told that the connection was “fluctuating” and that they were working on it. Hotel should recognize that reliable internet is an essential service, especially for business travellers. It is a must-have, not a nice-to-have. They should have it fixed. Breakfast was poor. An acceptable room alone is not enough to make up for these shortcomings.

What's not to like. My mom and I come twice a year for past 5 years! Our home away from home. The landscape, the pool, the hot tub, the games onsite, the picnic areas, the wonderful accommodating staff, the house keeping, the breakfast assortment, the location, you don't have to leave the inn and suites. Oh the rooms!!! It's a beautiful vacation where you can truly relax. After this many visits we have seen all we can downtown and this visit was just that a relaxing no run around stay. It's PERFECT!!!!

Stanza grande, pulita e senza moquette. Aria condizionata un po’ rumorosa come in quasi tutti gli alberghi ma non dava cattivo odore. Piscina grande e molto carina
