The price was great however, it came with a damp and moldy room along with dirty bedding, bathroom, and carpet.
Pros:

The location being right in the water and being able to go onto a back porch to drink coffee or sit on beach chairs near the water.

Cons:

The room was not clean with mold in the corners, a stain and dampness on the carpet, bugs, and dirty bedding.

The price was high and there wasn't much value. I don't think I will go again.

The view was great for watching fireworks. We had a balcony that faced the lake

Cons:

Things were old and worn down in the room; old furniture, comforter on the bed had a big stain on it, mold on the sink counter in the bathroom and the balcony floor had a lot of mold. The breakfast was a breakfast sandwich and coffee, no place to sit down and eat, just take and go. The pool area was not well kept. There was paint peeling, dirt and sand everywhere, and the bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder, broken soap dispenser and broken paper towel holder. The beach was nice that it had fire pits, but you had to leave and get firewood to use it. The beach was sandy of course, but there was a lot of weeds.

Great price for a great location

Graduation trip
Pros:

Not fancy but clean and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Good shower, refrigerator, microwave, and tv all worked. Indoor pool area was inviting but I didn’t have time. Everyone was friendly.

Very disappointing stay
Pros:

We were very disappointed with our stay here. My husband booked 2 rooms for our family and both of them had maintenance issues. One of the rooms had a broken chair while the other room did not have a microwave. At the time of booking, we were informed that a 'Grab & Go' breakfast would be available. However, during our 2 day stay, breakfast was not available even once. We thought of using the pool, but it was extremely dirty and appeared as though it had not been cleaned for a long time. There were no signs indicating that the pool was closed or unsafe to use. Since the pool was so dirty, we decided to use the hot tub instead. After using it though, our clothing became discolored. We suspect there may have been excessive chemicals in the water, yet there were no warning signs or notices posted. Beyond the damage to our clothing, we were also concerned about the potential impact on our skin. Overall, the property appeared to be very poorly maintained and I wouldn't recommend staying there.

Pros:

We found urine in the corner behind the bathroom door. Dried pink substance (we assume was a cleaner) all over the bathtub. No pool as advertised, it was drained. And no continental breakfast. At check out, no one was present at the office, it was locked. A note on the door directed us off site to another hotel location.
