Easy to get to.
4000 yen by taxi, or the train was 300.
I had luggage so I did not want to look hard for the building. The next day, I took the train to HND. The station was 200 meters.

The room was clean, small and the bed was comfortable. The show was big.

Cons:

The wifi password is too simple. They should change them. The lobby did not have a short term hangout area.
