Great location and friendly staff. Good restaurant. Value for money.
Pros:

Close to train station and metro station. Easy access to the City. There is a restaurant in the hotel which provides lunch and dinner which make it very convenient.

Cons:

At the moment, there are lots of constructions going around the hotel. Getting to the hotel was a bit like going around the maze.

Tout le reste: personnel peu aimable de La réception, du petit déjeuner, pas sympathique du tout!! Chambre très peu accueillante équipement médiocre la propreté laisse à désirer, de longs cheveux et des poils dans la salle de bains ….payer plus de 300 euros la nuit pour ce genre d hôtel c est purement du vol!!!!

Pros:

La ubicación era buena para el ultimo día en Madrid por contar con buenos traslados hacia todos lados inclusive aeropuerto

Cons:

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la habitación siendo imposible descansar, recién a la 5 de la mañana nos cambiaron de habitación

One of the worst hotels we have stayed in, and will tell everyone we know who travels to Madrid to avoid.

Cons:

Staff in restaurant unfriendly and rude.
Arrived at +/- 0030, and could not get any hot water to make a drink, so that I could take medicine. Machine that I was told would have hot water was not working.
Room looked like everything had been removed to make it very basic. TV poor channel choice. Lighting poor, with light by side of bed broken and dangerous.
