Pros:

Great location, high standard interior materials and design. Bed was huge and comfy. They arranged for me a taxi at a competitive price.

Certain staff were fabulous and very friendly and helpful. Reception staff were excellent.

The restaurant food was often cold and the majority of staff could not speak English, some were grumpy it seemed at times.

Very good. Breakfast was also decent. Value was ok too
Pros:

Room was spacious. Bathroom very good size. Hot water was good. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Location is in good area

Cons:

No swimming pool, bit of a let down. also cant leave the hotel on breakfast floor during breakfast, and forced to go down to -2 to then have to take stairs outside up to floor zero. Very silly.

Para los viajeros de tren , excelente ubicación, sales del hotel y tienes el metro y el tren a segundos andando.

Cons:

Que si llegas antes de las 13:00 am solo te dan habitación si pagas 30 € … esto en la mayoría de hoteles que he estado no sucede .
