Pros:

Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Wendy at the club level was particularly warm and welcoming.

Cons:

The parking was a little expensive and the app did not make it easy to add time to our stay- we had to add an extra day to ensure no tickets were issued

Pros:

The location was perfect! The staff at the front desk were great!!

Cons:

No dressers in room, no bottled water for room, coffee cafe closed way too early. In the bathroom, toilet paper holder coming off wall, the screws for the towel hooks came through the door, & there should have been more bath towels.

We would definitely stay here again. Also a little shout out to Melvin. He was so pleasant, helpful and kept us laughing
Pros:

Location was great. Near plenty of restaurants and activities and the stadium. Easy to get in and out of parking area. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The only slight issue we had was that our room wasn’t available even after check-in time had passed. Thankfully staff(Zach) was able to provide us with another room that actually had a great view that we weren’t expecting.

Pros:

Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel offers a fantastic stay right in the heart of the Inner Harbor.
The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, many with great city or waterfront views. The location is unbeatable — you can walk to shops, restaurants, and major attractions in minutes. Staff are welcoming and helpful, and the lobby and common areas feel upscale and well‑maintained. The bellman were fantastic and friendly - so helpful with our bags pre/post arrival.

We loved the central location - near lots of restaurants and the harbor. We stayed here marathon weekend and enjoyed being close to the start/finish line. We had some kids with that enjoyed the hotel pool.

It’s a great choice for both family & business travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and a polished hotel experience in downtown Baltimore.

Excelente ubicación, hotel limpio y agradable

Cons:

Mal servicio de restaurante, el desayuno no estuvo rico, no había bufete y se demoraron mucho, en el almuerzo no había servicio (desconozco la razón pero el hotel estaba lleno)
