Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Tienes muchas opciones cerca. No es un hotel moderno, pero es un hotel con mucho confort. La limpieza era muy buena.
La atención estuvo bien. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Cons:

La señora de la tienda donde puedes comprar bebidas, snack, etc no era muy agradable.

Good location to walk to game day!!
Pros:

Accommodating our early arrival; finding us an early available room. Great tidy rooms; laundry & pool available. Central to good tourist locations.

Cons:

Laundry needing to load an app!! Very difficult from an overseas visitor; then you need to load an amount & $10. Used for one wash load & a dry $7.00; so how do i get my money back!!

Great location, very big hotel, okay service, great bit comfy rooms
Pros:

Location was perfect. Breakfast buffet when it was available was great.

Cons:

Cleaning crew were awful, half did our room and then just forgot it, we then had to move rooms cause we came back from a full day out at 11pm to a room with no sheets or towels!

We also had horrible service from the waiting service at breakfast on our last day. Most people had left so only a few people in the breakfast room, but was beyond slow and food wasn’t great…

Also if you don’t book direct through Marriott they’ll try and charge you an outrageous amount per day for wifi!! They also don’t give you water which was really frustrating as the tap water is revolting.

For such a big 4 star hotel I expected the small things without issue but not at this monster of a hotel

I was given free breakfast due to all the problems with the room. I was good

Cons:

My first room bathtub was so dirty, moved to new room bathtub and bathroom was still not so clean but I clean it myself. My checkout was very unprofessional. had my rates wrong and was saying my payment had declined.

It was great overall, and I would stay again.
Pros:

It was close to a lot of activities.

Cons:

I reserved a club room and did not get the amenities to the “club house” or whatever it’s called where you could get free snacks and refreshments.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Wendy at the club level was particularly warm and welcoming.

Cons:

The parking was a little expensive and the app did not make it easy to add time to our stay- we had to add an extra day to ensure no tickets were issued
