Pros:

The location near a beautiful neighborhood. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The price. $360 per night is absurd for a double queen room with a small, non- updated tub bathroom. A window shade that did not open. Average linens. A cool only fridge. Minimal fresh fruit at breakfast. $20 per night to park in a very low ceilinged garage that is too low in many spots to open a car back hatch. Best Western Plus rooms have better comfort for half the price.

I personally wouldn't want to stay again, definitely not worth the price.

I expected the room to be a suite, not a large room. The location was across the street from an abandoned building, our "view ".

Decent Hotel Experience
Pros:

Friendly staff. Good parking situation, though was charged for it. Smallish, oddly designed room and just basic bathroom were disappointments. Good breakfast.
