Perfect hotel, highly recommend
Pros:

Great hotel, centrally located in the San Marco area but away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. Friendly and helpful staff and stunning room that was nice and cool.

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect for our city break in Venice.

Personnel au top! Dommage que l’hôtel ne soit pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.

Le rapport qualité/prix par rapport à la chambre!
Lors de voyages en Europe, j’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner dans des cinq étoiles pour moitié prix bien qu’en période estivale.
Réservation début Mars pour un séjour du 22 au 24 mai 2026 ( deux nuits), comme ce n’est pas la haute saison, le prix (1141,20€ petit déjeuner inclus) donnait à penser que la chambre serait exceptionnelle.
Or, la chambre 2006 n’a rien d’exceptionnel pouvant justifier un tel tarif.
Les photos de chambre présentées sur BOOKING.com laissaient présager autre chose. (Concernant la salle de bain, toutefois, rien à redire).
En conclusion, pour un prochain séjour à Venise, je choisirai un autre établissement!!!!

Мястото е страхотно, персоналът е много любезен и услужлив!

Cons:

Не е обяснено предварително по-подробно как да се стигне до хотела. Свързахме се по телефона и ни дадоха насоки, но в първия момент бяхме малко неориентирани къде трябва да се остави колата и как да стигнем.

Bien mais pour le prix de la nuitée, avoir une chambre communicante, ce n'est pas acceptable
Pros:

La gentillesse des membres de l'hôtel. Toujours la sourire.
Qualité de la literie, salle de bain spacieuse.
Possibilité de laisser ses bagages gratuitement après le check out.

Cons:

Malheureusement la chambre communicante. (insonorisation désastreuse avec des colocataires peu polis - télé à un volume très élevée jusqu'à minuit et rebelotte à 06h01). Du coup, nous n'avons pas réellement dormis malgré une belle literie.
Déjeuner ok mais sans plus en terme de choix.
