Good value for money, a nice surprise in Bucharest
Pros:

Very close to our point of interest, in a quiet area, far from the main street. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was good and the service was fast. Parking is provided on site.

Cons:

The mattress on the bed and the pillows were too soft, but it's a matter of personal preference in the end. There were some flies in the room when we arrived.

Pros:

Great location close to the park! The room was beautiful. It was very easy to get a Uber at the property. The room had a lovely balcony with nice views.

Cons:

The A/C turned off automatically after 3 hours, even at night. The temperature was 30 degrees and so this was not ideal.

Дуже ДЯКУЮ!!! В цьому готелі все СУПЕР!!!,починаючи з входу в готель,і закінчуючи номерами. Персонал відноситься дуже швидко і добре! У всьому допомагають! В номері чистота на ПЕРШОМУ МІСЦІ!!! Сніданки-то окрема філософія! Він на стільки смачний та якісний,що то словами не передати!!! Дуже Дякую Господарям цього готелю та персоналу!!! ВСІ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!

Pros:

Sehr schönes, historisches Gebäude. Tolle Einrichtung, sehr nettes Serviceteam, tolle Terrasse. Superkleine, aber feine Sauna.

Cons:

Frühstück war für dieses Haus eher nicht der Rede wert, vielleicht liegt das auch an Sprachbarriere des Serviceteams im Frühstücksbereich.

Quiet stay, but unacceptable service for a 5-star hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. One staff member, Aleena, was exceptionally kind and gracious. They were also accommodating and promptly provided a kettle when we asked for one.

Cons:

We had no hot water on the first night of our two-night stay, forcing us to take cold showers. The night clerk was unhelpful, refusing to call maintenance or switch our room. The next morning, maintenance fixed the issue in just one minute with a simple reset - meaning a quick phone call the night before could have easily solved it. Management never offered a formal apology or compensation for the unacceptable inconvenience. Beyond that, most of the staff came off as cold, the bed was way too soft, and the breakfast was surprisingly modest for a 5-star hotel.

Cons:

Hotel elegancki, kameralny. Ze względu na lokalizację (daleko od atrakcji historycznych i centrum) bardziej nadaje się na organizację imprez niż dla zwykłych turystów.

Charmantes Boutique-Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Suter Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel. Wir hatten das Glück, ein kostenfreies Upgrade zu erhalten und konnten dadurch eine Suite mit tollem Ausblick genießen.
Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums in ruhiger Lage, ist aber dennoch gut angebunden. Hervorzuheben sind das freundliche Personal sowie das sehr gute Frühstück. Das Zimmer war weitestgehend sauber und komfortabel.

Cons:

An einigen Stellen im Zimmer merkte man dem Hotel an, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist (insb. Polstermöbel, Teppich).

O gluma de hotel in care camera de 40mp are, de fapt, vreo 30mp
Pros:

Doar faptul ca are semnificatie istorica. Atat.

Cons:

Camera pe care am primit-o, desi rezervarea era pentru o categorie superioara de 40mp, a fost de fapt o camaruta care probabil, original, era alicata servitorilor. Desi am reclamat acest fapt la receptie, ni s-a spus ca asta e standardul (noi am avut 2 camere rezervate la acest standard, dintre care una eta corespunzatoare - camera 301, dar a doua era sub orice critica - 305). Mobilierul e vechi si destul de degradat, usa de la baie nu se inchidea, telefonul nu functiona in 305 iar in 301 televizorul era defect, de asemenea. Pernele erau din material sintetic, neuniforme. Daca vorbim despre meniul pentru eveniment (am fost la o nunta acolo), ei bine, e saracut, rudimentar. Candy bar a fost de tot rasul: exact 4 feluri de prajituri, fara gust si cu o estetica neatractiva. Funny a fost ca a doua zi dimineata au servit la mic dejun left overs din candy bar-ul din seara precedenta, adica vreo 10-12 prajituri desperecheate pe care nuntasii nu le-au vrut😂. La mic dejun au vreo 2 feluri de mezeluri si 3 de branza, niste oua si o salata de fructe. La 5 stele si 250 de euro pe noapte camera. All in all e un hotel de maxim 3 stele pe care NU il recomand absolut deloc!
