Muito boa, falta melhorar a limpeza dos quartos
Pros:

Gostei dos funcionários, são muito bem educados e respeitosos, e o público em si do hotel também são muito legais, a ambientação e a instalação do hotel é bem agradável

Cons:

Achei um pouco surjo o hotel, atrás da cama tinha muito pó, e até um saquinho de alguma coisa, tipo um lixo, pode melhor na limpeza

Atendimento nota mil! Conforto e excelente localização.
Pros:

Super bem localizado, na frente do hotel tem um pequeno shopping, o que ajuda muito para ter mais opções de refeições. O café da manhã é impecável com vista para a piscina, mesas grande para toda a família.

Cons:

Os quartos são limpinhos, porém o piso é encarpetado, pra quem tem rinite é complicado.

L'emplacement bien situé par rapport à nos besions.
Un garage surveillé à disposition en pleine ville!
La salle du petit déjeuner qui donne sur le jardin et la piscine.

Cons:

les deux jours où nous étions il y avait un grand groupe d'ados, club sportif, ce fut très bruyant! Ils courraient dans les couloirs en gueulant les ascenseurs constamment occupés, je ne parle même pas de la politesse de ces morveux, ça n'est pas du ressort de l'hôtel par contre imposer des règles de civilités dans un hôtel c'est "leurs problèmes"
La chambre, 501, un désastre! Les rideaux troués la moquette, on ose même pas y marcher pieds nus..
Les linges usés... Cette chambre à côté de l'ascenseur peut être bruyante en fonction de la clientèle.
Par mal chance, la rue surtout au petit matin a été bruyante, pas de double vitrage!

Great breakfast and spacious rooms for a family
Pros:

We really like the breakfast buffet and that all staff are accommodating. The hotel has a mall across it so it is easy to go shopping for essentials and all. The location is also good as you can simply walk to the tourist places.

Pros:

Funcionários simpáticos e café da manhã bom

Cons:

O hotel ter um hall antigo tudo bem. Mas os quartos com carpet do século passado e parecendo que não veem aspirador nos cantos há muito tempo. O chuveiro não funcionava direito com uma válvula quebrada. Nosso quarto dava para uma varanda que era assustadora de suja!
