Mala experiencia
Pros:

Áreas comunes clásicas. Pedí solo como paseo.
Desayuno bueno ( no excepcional para un hotel de 4 estrellas)
Personal de bar y desayuno muy atentos.

Cons:

Hotel viejo…. Descuidado. Las fotos que presentan no corresponde a lo que me tocó… el aseo de la habitación deja mucho que desear. Alfombras viejas, desteñidas y parchadas. Si el hotel tuvo su época…. Ya pasó. Para no volver.
Y al solicitar un cambio de habitación, la recepcionista ( Dyana García) no dio ninguna opción de cambio ni explica adecuadamente. Ineficiente.

Lamentable….no lo recomiendo!!!

Lo único para destacar es la atención del personal de recepción y el desayuno que es bastante variado.

Cons:

Es un hotel antiguo, donde no se ha hecho el mantenimiento necesario! Las alfombras de ingreso están derruidas y sucias…. Estuve en dos habitaciones, en la primera me bañé con unas gotas de agua porque no salía de la canilla de agua caliente y era un día frío🤦🏻‍♀️…. En la segunda habitación no había ese inconveniente.
Las máquinas del gimnasio son muy antiguas🤦🏻‍♀️… en toda la propiedad hay olor a humedad y encierro, muy desagradable!!

Ótimo custo benefício e fica localizado no centro histórico de Assunção.

Cons:

A área de piscina e academia são bem antigas, mas não atrapalha nos demais pontos e faz parte da contexto histórico do prédio talvez…
