Overall the people were friendly and helpful, but the hotel needs major improvements in room maintenance and upkeep.

The staff was very friendly and fixed any issues we had!

Cons:

We switched rooms three times due to problems with the rooms. Our first room the entire floor by the AC unit was soaking wet. The sweet lady working the front switched us to a new room, we got settled in and unpacked before showering, and noticed our shower handle/faucet wouldn’t work and the entire tub felt like a water bed. Water was trapped underneath the paint and caused that to swell up. We got into a new room after that, and after showering we noticed the entire floor and carpet was wet under neath. If you stepped on the boards it would leak out onto the carpet.

Great staff, great location and pricing for everything. Needs to work on cleanliness.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. The girls at the front desk were so sweet and funny. The sweet one with all the tattoos and going to school made my mom feel so welcomed and happy. She cared about the poor situation we were in and accommodated everything we needed.

Cons:

There were bugs in our room. The handle on the. Bathroom door broke. Everynight we found more and more bugs in our stuff or on the beds. Sometimes roaches but more often we couldnt determine.
The TV was extremely limited to 5 channels, and often just went out.
The whole place smelled horribly of weed. Cant fault the facility but it was gross and made us sick.

The property needs upgrades sorely. It has potential, but without TLC I'm afraid it will close soon.
Pros:

The front desk person Desha was very attentive, sweet, and polite. Other front desk clerks were unattentive and acted like assisting guests was a chore.

Cons:

elevator was scary. No one answered the phone for days when I tried calling after reservation was made. The TV had some crazy thing were it would reset and if you didn't know, it was just too bad for you, you'd be without television.
