Never stayed. I just wanted a different night. Not a refund. No call back
Pros:

Nothing. Didn’t stay there

Cons:

The don’t answer the phones. They kept my money no and I heater stayed there. I live two hours away so I’d have to drive there to speak to them. Awful customer service.

Pros:

I like the setup of the room. With the 2 beds and then around the corner was the bathroom with the long mirror. beds were definitely comfy. Besides needing more pillows.

Cons:

Being charged so many times and not realizing why and I did question it, and they explained it. And I kind of understood, but the whole thing was kind of a little ridiculous on why it charged me twice for the room. And like, 2 times for the deposit. It was just kind of a lot all at once. And then couldn't get it back till after.Especially if you're not expecting, that's how it works at that hotel.I've never had that anywhere else i've ever seen charging like that. And especially when you're going on a vacation with a certain amount of money and then getting your money pulled twice from a hotel. Then not getting it back until after you check out. I do not like that. There was an outside door on the 1st floor because when people went out to smoke, they were so loud. And you could hear them like they were standing in your room. I know that obviously wasn't the hotel's fault. but it was something I had to deal with well being at the hotel. And definitely needed four pillows on one bed, not two pillows on one bed. So the location I didn't really care for because if you missed the hotel like we did once you had to go up and around the whole entire circle to get back over to the hotel, I thought you could cut through the restaurant that was next door but you could not. And also the fridge was turned off. So when I got there, I put my drinks in the fridge, and then when I wanted my drink and it wasn't cold.I didn't realize it was turned off.So that kind of sucked.

Very frustrating experience

Not much. Nothing seemed to work

Cons:

The phone to the front desk didn’t work. We had to walk to the front desk to get help. The microwave didn’t work. They came and found the cabinet it was plugged into wasn’t plugged it. Half the electrical outlets didn’t work. There is a door to the parking lot but it wouldn’t lock from the inside. We found it wide open in the morning. We tried to do some laundry but after 2 dryer cycles( 2 hrs) at $2 a piece the clothes were still very damp and we had to go to a laundromat to dry them.
