Really disappointing. You can’t stay somewhere for work when the wifi doesn’t work

We needed an overnight stop over so found this hotel easy, convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

It was handy and had parking. We had a 5.00 am start so it was easy to leave key at a drop box.

Cons:

Someone on the shift before gave away my room,so after delay got another one.Not up to the standard of room I booked months before.For three adults,with 2 queen beds.End up with 2 king singles.Night manager good,got another room for one of us.Have stayed here for years,very stressful and disappointing.

Pros:

We loved the location. It was central to all places we needed or wanted to go.

Cons:

Our tv wasn’t connected to the wifi and we weren’t able to connect the chrome cast either so we couldn’t put a movie on for the kids. We had our own devices though so we weren’t too worried.

Clean, tidy room. Good restaurants.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The main road next to our room was a bit noisy. The shower it's self was great but you have to step up to get in and out which I found a bit dangerous. On one of the days, the cleaners threw away my magazine which was on the table - I hadn't finished with it and was annoyed.
