I've stayed here before but it was a few years ago. I like the improvements made to the decor, the new bathroom are lovely. Our stay was very comfortable, thank you
I wasn't entirely happy to have the security fee of $255 put onto my credit card for a one night stay. That pending charge has sat on my card for 4 days now and I hope it disappears very soon. I travel overseas often and I've never experienced this charge before. If I stayed at a different hotel every night while on a road trip and they all charged this expensive fee it would be a real issue during my holiday.
Good location to where I needed to go to my meeting they allowed me early checking in. Room was really comfortable

Staff was really nice. I had an emergency regarding my luggage for a long international flight and the staff went above and beyond to help me. Rooms and breakfast were both good.

The hedges being trimmed just after 7am this morning. Road noise was tolerable but the hedge cutter was very annoying first thing this morning!
More a Motel than a Hotel - noise from other rooms and outside made it into our room (201)
Breakfast was "okish" - coffee terrible ("great" that they have a Barista-machine in the room - but provide you with something out of the historic push containers)
