Pros:

Excellent location to walk to Spark Arena or restaurants in Parnell.

Cons:

There is very poor lighting in the room. Totally inadequate to read by and poor placement as to where the lights are placed.

Rose Park Hotel a great place to stay
Pros:

Clean , comfortable , convenient . Newly renovated , spacious rooms, quiet and opposite rose gardens and beautiful walkways and parks, close to Ciry Central and harbour.

3 night stay
Pros:

Clean and tidy, friendly staff, close to where we needed to be. Good value for money.
Restaurant on property was handy and nice food. Good sized rooms. Easy check in and out. Even though motel was busy it didn't feel it.

Cons:

Beds were two hard for my liking. We had technical issues with our room card and couldn't get in our room, it happened twice. As we were on the third floor at end of corridor it was a long walk back down to reception to get issue fixed, especially after a late night at a concert.

Good place to stay would prefer a better room next time
Pros:

Love the location, staff are friendly and efficient. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant damp smell in our room and it appeared there had been recent water overflow /leaking as the carpet outside the room was wet and the bathroom sink did not drain well.

Overall, we still had a really positive stay and appreciated how well we were looked after.
Pros:

I recently stayed here, and our room was lovely, though a previous guest had broken one of the bed feet without letting the staff know. As soon as I mentioned it, the team were so kind and quickly moved my husband and me to an upgraded room, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

I wasn’t informed there would be a power outage that night, and because our youngest daughter is afraid of the dark, it made the night quite difficult for us.
