Very pleasant staff, wonderful rooftop bar with friendly staff and fabulous location a few minutes walk from the beach but in a quiet area of town.
Wonderful hotels such as these attract some rather entitled guests.
The breakfast wasn’t good just OK.
The room specifically the sofa was really dirty!
The closet were not clean . I did not put my clothes, I was afraid to get bedbug, I didn't feel at ease sleeping in that room.

We have stayed at this hotel for over 10 years now, it’s a good location to get to the seafront and the train station which we use during our trips. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Sadly on this visit the room given at check in (718) was not to standard and a socket was hanging off the wall and marks on the wall that looked like damp. The hotel reception did provide us with another room (507) on request but this was also looking tired and basic and small bathroom.
Past years we have always been very happy with our rooms so this was disappointing.
Only 1 lift in operation which meant using the stairs most of the time.

I liked the location, my large terrasse and that the room was very quiet and dark. Body products in bathroom were nice too.
One of the lifts was out of order my entire stay which made the wait time long. And it was impossible to get a seat on the pool deck. You need more chairs. I had to go to the beach instead.
