Wonderful as usual !
Pros:

I always stay here. F&B staffs by the pool are wonderful and professional. Reception Manager was good and he was quite efficient to recognize the guest.

Cons:

I know at the Main restaurant you need to ask the guest about room number. But greetings to be first and then you ask about room details. Nobody will become rich by not paying 12 USD breakfast bill. They need to change their strategy on how to inform the guest about extra charge.

Perfect airport stop - would use again
Pros:

Stayed night before going to airport. Arrived early afternoon staff were very friendly. Had a lovely dinner and breakfast, meals were very good value for money (i had booked room only). Sat by pool for a few hours lovely facilities. Room very clean, comfy bed and great bathroom. Maid brought some extra water after I arrived in room which was appreciated. My checkout was at 12 and sat comfortably in lobby for 2 hours till the free shuttle bus took me to airport

Cons:

Honestly nothing that I didnt like.

Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The check in staff and the restaurant are amazing taking into account the amount of people they deal with. Overall great experience

Cons:

I understand that the hotel has a high occupancy turn around, as i saw that at check in. Due to this the ladies cleaning do not have sufficient time to clean the rooms properly eg. the carpets were not vacuumed.
A suggestion: tiles would be easier to clean with the amount of people you have staying there.

Cons:

Le jeune monsieur a la réception m’a fait perdre énormément de temps et cela unitilement, alors que j’ai deja fais mon online booking.
Aucune considération pour les clients surtout pas d'ordre d'arrivée, des gens qui m'ont trouvé sont passé avant moi, alors qu’il m’a dit de prendre place.
Finalement c’est son responsable qui m’a aider, et malheureusement encore on me laisse avec mes bagages sans aide pour les acheminer a la chambre.
La communication avec les clients n’est pas fluide et apaisé malheureusement.
Le reste ça va.
