Excelente opción cercana al aeropuerto para pasar el día
Pros:

Próxima al aeropuerto. Gran piscina para relajar. Buffet para el almuerzo muy completo y a precio muy razonable

Cons:

Que el spa estaba fuera de servicio. Hubiese optado por hacerme masajes después de tantas horas de vuelo

Great stop to freshen up and rest before a flight.
Pros:

This was a great stopover while we were waiting for a late flight. Clean and bathrooms were good. Beds comfortable. And several places to eat onsite. They had a nice pool if you bring your swimsuit. They have a free shuttle that leaves every 30 mins for the airport and it was on time. They also have some souvenir shops to check out.

Could Have Been Nice
Pros:

This is a very functional place, which has a regular shuttle service operating every 30 minutes. It is easy to catch the shuttle TO the airport. FROM the airport is a different story.

Cons:

I messaged the property and also tried to call them directly to figure out where I should wait for their shuttle, all to no avail. As a result, I had a pretty combative experience trying to catch an Uber at the airport, where drivers try all sorts of tricks to get you into their cars, even posing as your Uber driver. This was a poor start. It should also be noted that the shampoo in my shower was empty. Finally, when I asked for a bill after paying in the evening, I was told that I had to wait until the next morning. At checkout, however, no tax receipt was handed to me, and there simply was no time to start the whole procedure again without missing the shuttle. Messages about this also went unanswered, with Booking.com not being of much help either. Overall, I was not impressed, neither by the impersonal long corridors nor by the rather shallow welcome and goodbye.

Nice as usual
Pros:

The front desk staffs are really professional and they are always trying to strive better with fast service.
Nourhan was good as usual.
HK is also good and ready to support.

Cons:

The safe box did not work. Lights in the room was fused.
