Nice stay
Pros:

Staffs are nice specially the Front desk. Pool restaurant staffs are also very nice and friendly and they look after you well.

Cons:

Next time give me room in new building. I asked in my reservation but it was not given.

Beautiful modern hotel near the airport
Pros:

Clean, spacious, modern rooms, very comfortable beds and great shower. Spacious, sparkling lobby and very good restaurant; bar in case you want a drink, fabulous breakfast. Efficient free shuttle to the airport. Very helpful staff who made it up to us over a snafu with the shuttle from the airport, by making sure we were very generously fed even though the restaurant was closed.

Cons:

For the price we paid, we expected more in terms of service. Specifically, we had understood from the website that the airport shuttle ran continuously and no advance booking was needed. We later learned (not sure if the system had changed or the original info was wrong) that we needed to call or WhatsApp the shuttle driver upon arrival; this detail was not sent to us until after our checkout, and we spent a chaotic hour at the airport watching shuttles for Le Passage and Raddison go by, until we bailed and took a taxi. So just a note to beware: have the shuttle bus contact info ready as you deplane so you can call, WhatsApp, or stop at an official customer service desk inside the airport to contact the shuttle driver.

Perfect!
Pros:

Everything! From the moment we stepped in the staff is very welcoming , helpful and warm. The rooms are perfect ! Very clean and the bathroom is very spacious and clean. The shuttle service and staff are very helpful and saved us the headache of transportation to the airport! Above all this the price was very reasonable compared to the excellent quality we received!

Cons:

Our rooms were a bit far from the reception but other than that everything was great.

The staff checked us in quickly which was so appreciated as we had travelled all day.

My husband and I were given a room with 2 twin beds - I do not recall selecting that but as it was late and we flew early, we did not say anything.

best airport hotel
Pros:

very close to the airport with easy airport shuttle. Breakfast was yummy and the entire hotel was very clean.

Personeel voor check-in was super aardig en meelevend

Cons:

De badkamer was vies. De kamer was ook niet super schoon. Beddengoed had vlekken en haren. De airco werkte niet, het bleef 26 graden in de kamer.
