Room was satisfactory but bathroom showers was dirty

The laundry facilities were awful. The dryer ruined one of my workout shirts. It got black marks all over our clothes. Manager on duty did put an out of order sign on it after the fact. Everytime I went to the desk the GM was not in the office or was on a meeting. I chose not to call her because I knew I would be blown off.

A perfect stay to enjoy the beautiful city of Durango and Silverton.
Pros:

We just had the chance to eat breakfast one morning. WE just grabbed a muffin and an apple to eat on the way to the Durango train ride to Silverton. We slept in the other two days.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Nothing negative to say. We loved it here. :)

Pros:

A wonderful stay! A few days before arriving, I got engaged, and when the staff heard about it, they showered me with congratulations. Champagne and a congratulatory note from the Durango team were waiting for us in the room. I’ll have very good memories of this stay! Very clean, plenty of amenities, a pool, laundry facilities, and wonderful people. Breakfast was included in the room rate, which was also a big plus. Thank you! 🌸
