Overall a pleasant experience. You can’t help the box elder bugs apparently so after knowing that I was fine.
Pros:

I like the location. North of town so it’s quieter. It was right across the street from Mild to Wild which we utilized for rafting.

Cons:

Box elder season was no fun. I had to kill many bugs on the ceiling daily and at night before bed. Spiders in the shower.
