rooms were dated for the price expected from a Hilton hotel. Surprises to have had my bags removed from my room with my permission when late returning for my check-out by an hour (late check-out I had made prior arrangements with front desk)

Underwhelming experience, it was sufficient to my needs.
Pros:

Location was excellent.
Coffee was good.
I like the text message check ins and 24/7 concierge service.

Cons:

Pillows were lumpy was told they would be replaced they weren’t, beds were hard and uncomfortable.
Bathroom had hair in it from previous guest photos taken and provided to staff.
Water bottles provided in the room were not filled from previous guest. They should also be sealed for safety.
Less than half the staff I encountered throughout the hotel greeted me first.
Air con only worked on high and was very loud.
Shower sprayed water on floor and toilet every time (glass too short and did stop water) also no grab rails to get in and out of shower/bath.
Hotel quite dated.
Outside of hotel very grubby.

Room was spacious.
Location ws excellent.

Cons:

1. Extra chharge for room service.
2. Room service food was average.
3. Didn'consider a request for early checkin or late checkout even for a single room out of the four that we had, even after informing we had small kids.
4. Staff didnt seem pleasant.

Booked for 7 nights, stayed for 3 didn’t meet my expectations
Pros:

The breakfast was phenomenal but crowded and far too many tables shoved into a small area. Breakfast restaurant staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Very outdated, lakes personality and character
Staff on the desk rather rude and unhelpful
Manager Alvin was exceptional
