Amazing , it was a short holiday but it’s all good.
Pros:

Location was close to everything specially the Airport. Breakfast was so good. Lots of options to eat . Staff are all nice and room was fantastic.

Cons:

We couldn’t go to the pool coz the door going to downstairs was close . We tried our key card but it’s not working.

Pros:

Location and pool was awesome

Cons:

The AC thermostat stopped working and finally had electricity at 4am. Front desk couldn’t do anything about it so it was warm to sleep. Uncomfortable

Pros:

Amazing hotel breakfast - one of the best I have ever had! The open walkways to your room and tropical atrium are a nice way to start a holiday in the tropics.

Overall stay was good
Pros:

Everything within walking distance
Friendly staff
Comfortable bedding

Cons:

Small bathtub
Maintenance of building: mould on outside all over building, not a 5* standard and not pleasant to look at when relaxing by pool.
Water leaked onto my clothes in the cupboard as water was leaking. Though manager kindly took off the drinks from our bill.
Pool bar wasn’t staffed and had to make a call for drinks. This was not available after 6pm on a Friday night!

Great stay, highly recommend!
Pros:

We got the rooms facing the water. View is really good. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to everything.
You need to pay for parking, $30 per day.

Cons:

Front of house staff at reception could be friendlier. The manager was a bit stand off-ish, not really welcoming for guests who have travelled a long way to get there. All the other staff were lovely, breakfast team is the best.
