Location & views from the room were fantastic.
Room was a little dated.
Shower pressure was poor. Bath is tiny.
Great location, next to the harbor for all the great day trips and dining options as well as the Cairns Esplanade. The hotel had a great pool and bar and the breakfast had plenty of options including some tradition Japanese items.

Pillows a little big and uncomfortable, coffee cups too small and would have like instant coffee option as well as pods

The staff were very attentive and professional. The views were fantastic and the location was very close to the esplanade. Breakfast was lovely!
There was a lot of noise during the day from the work going on at the hotel and this should have been mentioned while booking or before we reached there. There was a poster mentioning this only once we got there!
Great location and the staff were lovely! We were even allowed to check out late at 12pm without extra charge which was nice. Our room had a nice sunset view.
