Cons:

The fact that we couldn't park underneath - i always make sure there is parking available especially these days with so many thefts - i checked and yes locked parking was available - but it is only 180com high NOT NOTED ON THE WEB SITE- so we then had to park 500mtrs away in the pier parking - and to add to the pain my husband is getting 2 knee replacements in 2 weeks, - when you get to the pier parking it is ticketed but limited to 10 hrs so we would exceed our time before we got to refresh the ticket, so i am waiting for a parking ticket as well............ yup if you have a small car no problem.
Also there is no restaurant only a Gin Bar with a bar menu, but you can get a room service menu that is not the Gin Bar Menu????
So we walk again to the board walk, which is close and plenty of great choices, just not great if you have bad knees

スタッフの皆さんはとても良かったです。特にフロントの日本人女性スタッフはとても丁寧で感謝しています。

Cons:

ホテルの部屋では色々困ったことがありました。４名で予約したのにアメニティグッズがすべて２名分しかなくで困りました。ボディソープは最初から空っぽでした。滞在中にシャンプーとティッシュペーパーが無くなりました。清掃時に確認していないのか、補充されていませんでした。無くなるたびに何度もスタッフに部屋に持ってきてるくれるようにお願いしなければなりませんでした。きちんと揃っていたら良かったのにと思いました。

Pros:

This is our trip to Great Barrier reef, we stayed in Hilton for 2 nights and it was an amazing trip. My friend booked a room with nice beach view, and we took lots of beautiful photos, but it quite small (our fault). However, the staff here are wonderful, they are so friendly and hospitable, especially the girl name Amelia at the breakfast buffet, she is so friendly and have a beautiful smile. I'm allergic to eggs and she showed me around the buffet and explained for us. We are really appreciating it, thank you so much! We will definitely come back next time.

安心して帰って来れる場所でした。
Pros:

スタッフの対応が良かった。荷物の重量を測るために体重計を貸してくれたり、ランドリーサービスや朝食会場での説明が丁寧だった。日本人スタッフもいて安心感があった。

Cons:

特に目立って良くない点は無いが、日本から早朝に着くので追加料金で早めにチェックインできるサービスがあると嬉しかった。
