We loved everything about the property. The view, location, service and buffet breakfast was amazing.

The pillows provided are too high for me my son. We couldn’t sleep well the first night and had to swap them with fresh bathtowels the rest of our stay.

Ligging perfect voor dagje met een boot naar Barier Reef. Ook vlakbij de pier met veel leuke restaurantjes.
Bedden waren erg klein, ontbijt lang wachten voor je aan tafel kon. Keuze was redelijk qua voedsel.
Ongedierte op de kamer (mieren) en balkon (mieren en kakkerlakken), terwijl we op de 6e verdieping sliepen. Wel een nieuwe kamer gekregen maar dat was na de 2e klacht pas.
Great location and a good breakfast selection.
They seem to need a second concierge at times, long waits at the front desk at times during our stay.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a large variety of foods. We made good use of the pool area, which is well designed. The staff were friendly, warm and helpful. Making sushi with Chef Hiro was highlight!
Die Lage am Wasser ist sehr gut.
Sauberkeit geht gar nicht, Badezimmer Katastrophe… Klodeckel hing daneben, Schimmel in der Dusche, Spiegel dreckig, Zimmer, Bettwäsche und Handtücher stinken.
Very welcoming and interested in the guests comfort
Room was very spacious, lovely outlook across the Marina. Liked the Nespresso coffee pod machine too. I did enjoy the breakfast, and checkout was very simple. Would definitely stay again if I could get a competitive rate.
Slow check in. Although I had checked in early, had to wait until at least 3.30pm to access the room. I realise everyone is anxious to check in as soon as possible, but surely I could have been advised as soon as room was ready.
