Pros:

We really enjoyed the proximity to the toystory lot and how wonderful nice the staff was

Our only complaint would be we wished the beds were queens over a full

Pros:

We picked this hotel for the location. It felt safe & clean

Cons:

We were placed in a room on the top floor that ran parallel with the elevator system. We had a baby with us and the noise wasn't easy to sleep with all night. We asked to be moved in the morning & the staff was blah about helping.

Pros:

The availability to walk to the shuttles for Disneyland. Just across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will be going back.

Cons:

Lol.. since we were just there for a couple of days it was not a big deal. But the toilet was not flushing perfectly. You have to hold it down for everything to go down. And sometimes that wasn't enough. And in the middle of the night you would gurgling noises lol. Sounds like something was trying to come out lol. Told the staff but hopefully the problem will be fixed. But all in all the hotel is very good.

Cheap and close hotel to Anaheim Convention for work related events.
Pros:

It was walking distance to many places.

Cons:

Where do I start? Waited in a long line to check in, during the busiest afternoon times and only had one person working the front desk. The shower is absolutely ridiculous. The hot water heater must be micro, because I could barely get the water to turn hot and when it finally did, it was hot for about five minutes. Literally took a lukewarm shower every night. The water in the tub doesn’t drain correctly, and you’re basically in 1-2inches of water within two minutes. On one of the days the housekeeping crew came, they cleaned the room but didn’t close the door all the way, so it was open for who knows how long! When I got back to the room, after being away for seven hours, I was shocked to see the door open. I carefully opened the door all the way and checked to see if anyone was in the room. Then I inspected the room and pretty much found everything undisturbed. I quickly went down the front desk, made my complaint, only for the “manager” to tell me there is nothing they can do. They can have the morning management look at the security camera. I asked if I could get a copy of their report and he stated no! No? Excuse me?! Someone was in my room and left my door open and I can’t know anything about it? I felt so violated and scared and they didn’t do anything to remedy the situation. After that experience, I will never stay at this place ever again.

I was so impressed with car lot boy who reserved my parking spot when I came back I had my same spot!

Location was PERFECT the closest I have been to the convention center

Have no complaints
The best service ever
I’ve even stayed at the Marriott and never received this great service

My stay was for Mother’s Day weekend and there was no breakfast day for Mother’s Day.
