The staff was very helpful. At one point, I discovered that there was a flight of stairs between the lobby and the room they assigned to me. There was no way I could get my luggage cart up the stairs.
The guy at the disk kindly allowed me to keep what passed for their luggage cart in my room, overnight so I could leave promptly the next moring.
On my request, the guy at the desk cheerfully changed my room assignment so that I didn't have to use the stairs.
Also, the motel's lobby had an awning. I wasn't raining at the time I arrived. but it might have been raining.
What they call a luggage car is a sad joke. It was a utility wagon. Better than nothing, but, c'mon. Really? I attached a photo of the luggage cart.
StaYED 2 days the ROOMS NEED TO BE THERALLY CLEANED! CLEAN SHEETS! TISSUE N MORE PILLOWS..THE NIGHT STAFF HE WAS TRALLY NICE PROVIDED CLEAN BLANKET
Clean the showers, theraly clean the bathroom toilets! Clean the floors n doors! Make it smell pleasent....MAKE IT CLEAN THE PERSON IN CHARGE IS NOT CLEANING WELL! DIRTY! NOT GOOD
There was a bad smell in the room. I believe the room was on of the smoking room before.

The room looked nice.
The tv would not work. There was also a used tampon capsule on the counter next to a hair dryer. The toilet seat was almost falling off. Then I picked up the shampoo and there was a fake eyelash stuck underneath it.

The whole place smell like cigarettes they are trying to cover it up with insent not working. You need to be shut down and to never open again🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Not one thing except the toilet flushed
Everything it was disgustingly filthy sheets had hair balls , windows mirrors all filthy almost slept in my car I will never ever stay here again !!
