Important information:

Deck 11 pool and lounge is open for the summer season from 8am to sunset, featuring cabana rentals and full-service bar.

Art and Soul restaurant is located on the ground floor, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends.

Limited Grab + Go menu will be offered from 7:30am – 1:30pm. Orders will be taken at Mission Control.

Our mandatory $35 facility fee includes a range of on-site and off-site amenities designed to perk up your trip.

Additionally, a fee of $100 per night incidental hold/security deposit is taken upon arrival and returned to the original form of payment after check-out. Self-parking is available on-site at $50 per night without in-and-out privileges. However, pricing for in-and-out privileges can be shared upon check-in.

Guests must be 21 years of age to reserve a room and check in. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

My stay was very disappointing. During the night, there was little to no water pressure, and at times no water came out of the faucets or shower at all, making it impossible to use basic amenities.

Around 8:30 PM, a fight broke out in the pool area, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable atmosphere for guests. The pool staff did not appear to handle the situation professionally, which added to the frustration.

Additionally, the bartender seemed disengaged and unfriendly. The overall level of customer service was not what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

Between the water issues, the disturbance at the pool, and the lackluster service, this was not an enjoyable stay, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

10 minutes from the airport and love the mechanical bed.

Cons:

First room had no AC, second room lights were broken. No water in rooms, water fountain dispersed lukewarm water not cold. Could also hear multiple guests having very loud sex.

School trip - Yotel Washington
Pros:

Came with a school group of 16 students. The location is great (a few minutes walk from union station), rooms are big and specious, the pool is nice and charming and the staff were welcoming and kind. The price was excellent. Thank you!

atendimento muito atencioso dos funcionários, Wi-Fi normal porém às vezes requer entrar novamente , café da manhã 7h30 às 10h30 completo com variedade de frutas, omelete, panqueca, iogurte com granola, café com leite, sucos de laranja, pães, mingau de cereais, TV com excelente sinal, diversos canais e muito fácil de operar, tamanho do quarto espaçoso para uma pessoa, sem vista da cidade , quarto silencioso, 4 elevadores, frigobar silencioso, ar condicionado silencioso, garagem fechada em 3 andares e coberta para vários veículos com custo de pernoite de 60 USD, não tem máquina de café no quarto mas tem vários tipos de cafés disponíveis em máquina no segundo andar, cafeteria no lobby, ATM no lobby

The location is excellent, very clean. polite staff.

Cons:

Very small rooms, the air conditioner is very noisy, right above the bed. When you take it in the shower, all the water flows into the room. There is no drinking water.
