Important information:

Deck 11 pool and lounge is open for the summer season from 8am to sunset, featuring cabana rentals and full-service bar.

Art and Soul restaurant is located on the ground floor, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends.

Limited Grab + Go menu will be offered from 7:30am – 1:30pm. Orders will be taken at Mission Control.

Our mandatory $35 facility fee includes a range of on-site and off-site amenities designed to perk up your trip.

Additionally, a fee of $100 per night incidental hold/security deposit is taken upon arrival and returned to the original form of payment after check-out. Self-parking is available on-site at $50 per night without in-and-out privileges. However, pricing for in-and-out privileges can be shared upon check-in.

Guests must be 21 years of age to reserve a room and check in. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit super funktionalen Bett und großer geräumiger Dusche.

Cons:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und waren um 13h vor Ort.
Wir haben nache einem Früh-Check-In gefragt.
Das war leider nicht möglich. Wir haben zwar unsere Gepäck verstauen können jedoch erwarte ich von einem Hotel immer noch etwas mehr Service um den Gast die Möglichkeit zu geben einzuchecken.
Nahezu kein Hotel ist dauerhaft zu 100% ausgebucht.
Daher waren bestimmt noch Zimmer verfügbar.

Hotel recomendable en Washington
Pros:

Hotel moderno y ubicado muy cerca del capitolio.
Habitaciones grandes ( familia 2 adultos+2 niños) y muy bien equipadas. El desayuno es muy bueno.
Buena ubicacion para visitar Capitolio,Casa Blanca...10 minutos andando de la estacion de tren.
Tiene una piscina en la azotea que esta genial para descansar tras visitar la ciudad.

Cons:

Todo bien. Unicamente que el dia de la salida teniamos que salir muy temprano (antes de apertura de cafeteria) y el desayuno estaba incluido. Preguntamos si existia la opcion de desayuno para llevar pero nos dijeron que no existia la posibilidad.

Pros:

I'm satisfied with the location, cleanliness, comfort, service, and everything else.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war für 2 Übernachtungen von der Größe ok. Es war alles sehr sauber.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Check-In ging schnell.
Der Pool ist sehr schön, Poolhandtücher stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt frisches Obst, Salami, Schinken, Käse, Marmelade, Eier werden frisch zubereitet.
Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war auch sehr lecker.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut.

Cons:

Es hätte mehr Handtücher geben können im Zimmer und Haken, um diese aufzuhängen.

Die Parkgebühren sind recht hoch mit 50,00 Dollar pro Tag.
Die Extrapauschale von 35,00 Dollar pro Tag, wovon man 10 Dollar pro Tag gutgeschrieben bekommt, wenn man etwas im Restaurant oder an der Poolbar kauft.
Wir hatten die Pauschale allerdings schon im Buchunspreis enthalten und fiel nicht nochmal an.

Fun place with a few issues
Pros:

Love the contemporary feel of the lobby, pool and room. Beds that adjusted for TV viewing/book reading were great. Great black out curtains. Tip: before booking parking with the hotel or even with Spot Hero, check the rates at the Hall of the States Garage on 400 N Capitol Street. They were offering $13 weekend rates!!!

Cons:

Coffee was very meh! For $35/day facility fee, I was hoping for better tasting coffee and at the least real 1/2 and 1/1. Come on now. Our room #240 had a hard time regulating the temp. Very humid and stuffy. Had to set it at 66 just to knock out the humidity. Also, be aware that if you are trying to quietly use the bathroom or shower while others are sleeping, forget it. The bathroom light shines BRIGHT through the glass doors. Also the shower head drips onto a metal plate which songs like bells being rung.

Pros:

Modern boutique hotel ,3 blocks from The Capital Building .With a pillow-topped mattress & Electric base.

Cons:

The 'mini fridge' in the room was only suitable for Medicines & make up .
Otherwise useless for anything else-not cold enough.
Shower was tight.
