Visited for my daughter's graduation. Been the best place we've stayed at since coming to HI 4x now.
Pros:

The room was awesome! We stayed on the PH floor and the view was so beautiful and amazing. Had noise from the street a bit. But fit 5 ppl comfortably. Staff was really nice at the front desk, room staff and parking staff were all excellent. Greeted us with a friendly warm smile everyday and helped us whenever we needed. Continental breakfast was good and had miso soup, rice & kimchi added, which was nice. Right near ABC Store and the beach is not even a block away and so close to Tiki's Bar & Grill.

Cons:

I didn't like paying destination fees and taxes for each night.

My stay and hotel accommodations were great, but I won't do any more business with booking.com
Pros:

Hotel amenities and location made beach access and shopping easily accessible.

Cons:

I was disappointed that no one was able to assist me with revising my stay from five (5) nights to four (4) nights. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to return home a day early. I tried to make the change online over a week in advance, but there was no direct access to anyone who could provide assistance and make the change and adjust my bill.

Overall, I would stay in this hotel again.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Hotel! The place was clean, relaxing, and the staff was very welcoming. Great location, beautiful atmosphere, and overall an amazing experience

Cons:

The only thing that I didn’t like is that when I got to the hotel room. There was no bath towels in the bathroom. Also have better lighting for the vanity. Also need more variety of fruits for breakfast not only pineapple. The breakfast sandwiches were okay, but in my opinion I like the other meat/protein was served on other days. For example the bacon,breakfast sausage and Portuguese sausage. To sum it up the breakfast was pretty good. My parents and I like it.

The room itself was great. Very spacious and the beds are very comfortable, shower was exactly what we needed and the little nook room with TV and pull out bed was perfect for my other child.

Cons:

No parking on site or at any other suggested parking facility throughout our stay. We had to park at the zoo (brisk 5 minute walk) and physically go back to get a new parking slip every 4 hours as the option to renew via text was not available. We stayed Friday to Sunday and received the time expiration warning texts after 8am on Monday morning. This was extremely stressful on my disabled 9 year old and myself as we had to wake up and re do the parking twice on the first night. Thankfully, the hotel was able to hold a valet spot for us the next night. Unfortunately, due to staffing issues we had to wait over 40 minutes to drop our key off with the valet before we were able to return to our room. The balcony was also unavailable. Im not sure if it was just our room or all rooms but our door would not open. The shelves and air conditioning unit were both very dusty and both my children are now having terrible allergies. There was also a very strong chemical odor in the halls of our floor.

À notre arrivée, la chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à la réservation puisqu’elle ne disposait pas du balcon prévu. Après réclamation, un geste commercial de 180 € nous a été accordé.
Cependant, la situation a ensuite empiré de manière inacceptable :
Nous avons découvert la présence de punaises de lit dans la chambre.
Nous disposons de photos et vidéos comme preuves.
Ma fille de 19 mois, mon mari ont subi plusieurs piqûres.
Face à cette situation, l’hôtel nous a finalement changé de chambre.
Malgré ces faits graves, votre service refuse aujourd’hui de procéder au remboursement du séjour.
Je tiens également à signaler un nouvel élément extrêmement préoccupant dans la seconde chambre : la porte-fenêtre pouvait être ouverte très facilement par ma fille de 19 mois, simplement en poussant la vitre avec ses mains. Nous avons éviter un drame. Cela représente une véritable mise en danger d’un enfant en bas âge et un manquement évident aux règles élémentaires de sécurité.
Entre :
la non-conformité de la chambre,
l’infestation de punaises de lit,
les conséquences physiques sur ma famille,
et le danger lié à la sécurité de la chambre,
je considère que ce séjour a porté atteinte à notre sécurité, notre santé et notre tranquillité.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and our cleaning lady, Velma was very pleasant and helpful. The ones that helped on her day off we rather sloppy. Over stay was good for the value.

Cons:

Breakfast was not very versatile. They had the same food all week long. The elevators were very slow and did not seem to be big enough for the size of hotel.
