Awesome surprise
Pros:

Thought I was just booking a room at the Hilton Garden Inn, but it is a resort with many other hotels, inclusive, and their amenities that they offer, all in walking distance and the shuttle to old town Key West was truly an experience.

Garden rooms were comfortable and continental breakfast was very nice!!

La piscine est propre et bien entretenue
Le parking à côté des chambres

Great stay
Pros:

Great overall experience. Best part, great staff. Rooms do need to be updated but the staff is keeping the current facility in very good shape.
Breakfast was good. Location is at the other end of the island from Duval Street but there is an hourly shuttle from hotel to midtown.

July in the KEYS...
Pros:

Front Desk - Sharon can multitask like no one we have seen. All types are checking in around 4 - she handled it great. Our room was ready early & she called us in advance to let us know - Above & beyond what you would expect. Another employee Danna is a Rising Rockstar as she has been there a short time, but had great recommendations and a true gift for customer service. Hotel is 2-3 buildings, one is a tower and the other is an older Motel with a couple of floors. Hot Water did not work at night - maybe they wash the sheets then?? Pool is a VERY NOISY experience as it is right on the US1 split as it comes on island. Shuttle is great & Blue Flamingo property next door has a great area for games like putt putt, corn hole, pool & multiple pools (much quieter). Great Bar and feel @ BLUE FLAMINGO. Property is spread out - be prepared to walk. Lobby is nice, Garden side is quieter than pool side. Never saw Management, but had texts to update stay. We had no complaints as we travel frequently. Ice Machine worked flawlessly (important in July!) Construction in room next door started around 9, that was a little annoying, but we had to be moving anyway. Housekeeping was great + no issues with clean room. Beds are not new and a bit soft, maybe the tower is newer.

El recepcionista no fue sincero en la información brindada, para información: En Hilton Garden Inn Key West cobran el parking de tu vehículo así seas huésped de la misma instalación, por día, dependiendo del tamaño de tu vehículo, si hacen reserva por medio de esta es recomendable llamar y coordinar hora de llegada, para saber si tendrás cobro adicional por ingreso antes de las 4 pm, de ahí todo bien bueno y buen servicio.

Floors coming up. One plank was raised about 2 inches and when caught would raise over a foot. Didn’t stay checked out.
