Great place to stay!
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially, Marcello the front desk attendant. He went out of his way for us. It was for our 40th anniversary and a very special time.

Ausstattung des,Zimmers und nettes Personal.

Cons:

Lage ist katastrophal. Neben einer sehr großen und lauten Straße .
Zimmer sehr hellhörig.
Frühstück schlecht und überteuert.

Hotel muito bom
Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, ótima infraestrutura, piscina perfeita.

Cons:

Não poderia dizer que seja um ponto negativo, mas um ponto a melhorar é a iluminação do quarto, muito escuro.
Dedicaria apenas um dia em Key West, ficamos dois dias e preferimos a região de Siestra, teria dedicado mais tempo para outras praias.

Shuttle bus and using other hotels facilities a big plus
Pros:

The facilities and shuttle bus into Key West was great and the use of the other hotels either side of the Hilton was a great plus point.

Cons:

The breakfast voucher scenario caught me out on my first morning. I had not experienced a place, where you had to get a voucher from reception for breakfast before. The lady running the breakfast on my first morning was very rude about this, like I should know, she ignored my request for coffee and ignored me, which was not very nice. I told the receptionist, but got the feeling, this was not the first time, this had happened.

Great stay.. pricey but ok.
Pros:

Staff was good Jay was great. I was a little upset the next day at the buffet the gentlemen either did not understand cheese or did not want to bother but for 18 dollars for an ok buffet and you also cook to order there had to be cheese .

Cons:

For some reason the sheets the first night were prickly for lack of a better way to explain it. Changed the sheets for a second night and it was great.
