Pase una noche con mi familia z de un día en Universal Studios y fue realmente relajante, hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca, los parques también son a 15 minutos del hotel, tranquilo, limpio, familiar. El personal es muy amable.

My family and I had no complaints. It was in a great location, staff was very friendly. Very clean, pool area was great. Room was comfortable bed pillows everything.

Everything was great. The staff team and security gate felt safe. Housekeeping came by attentively to collect trash and towels and to clean. I was only needing towels and trash.
I didn’t like how everytime I used my key to open the door , It would not click to open. I had to keep doing It for the door to open. Room 1377. & Also why does housekeeping come at 9:30-10:00 AM to make sure your staying or checking out. That’s crazy.
